I tend to order ahead for in store pick up because just like any other store, they are busy and I am not a person to stand in lines. Also, ordering ahead ensures you get what you want with no errors. There is always a line….have to wait to order and then wait for the one car to get stuff before they will take another order. Always a 10-15 min wait with no people inside. They really need a better manager to schedule people or corporate needs to give them more hours for labor cuz this location barely functions. Do not go here if you have a time limit to get ur stuff.

When I went here to Dunkin’ donut it’s my first time being in this Dunkin’ Donuts it was empty it was almost so so clean. Did they not have the donut I wanted there on the donut tray was completely empty they ran out of the mango frozen juice it could have been a little cleaner I gave him a tip he was very nice but other than that it was okay recommend people go there yeah that’s about it for now thank you.

Went to this Dunkin cuz I was needed something quick cuz my next appointment was in 20 minutes. The place is not busy and I had to wait in the drive through for 10+ minutes then when I get my coffee it was made wrong. I went inside and asked if they can fix my coffee and the employee helped out no issue then the manager came out so I explained to her that it’s frustrating to have to wait so long and still get my order wrong and she replied with o well. That was the worst costumer service I’ve ever received don’t go to this Dunkin there’s plenty other places to eat with way better customers service and faster

Closet Finesse Interior
Came here for donuts and they were cleaned out only had one type I took that one. It was hard I asked to microwave it 10secs and was told by employee who then called manager that it could not bc it would melt the donut. Moral of story I can’t believe such a simple task took 20 min of my life.

This store is terrible they said my order was 5.44 so used my credit card did not check receipt later my cc was charged 23.99 so looked at receipt it was for 11.99 cared my cc company filled a dispute a d got it corrected thought it was some error continue going there untill customer ahead of Mr checked his receipt and they had overcharged him at that I was done this store is ripping people off. This is probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The lady over the speaker was incompetent and I had to tell her my order 3 times, which she still got wrong. I asked for 2 iced chai lattes, and I got 2 regular lattes with espresso and the tiniest bit of chai. There is no espresso in a chai latte – it’s the easiest drink to make??? Also tried to order 3 different things off the menu and they were out of all 3, and then proceeded to tell me that even if they had it that the oven was off because they were cleaning it. There was no one there before or after me and it took 5 minutes to get my drinks at the window. I do not recommend coming here ever.

The staff was rude, wouldn’t even look at me. Told me to get out of my car to pay because I was too far, which is fair enough. But I had to stick my hand into the window to tap my card because she wouldn’t try to bring it closer. And to top it all off my black coffee was watered down and looked like tea
