What’s Up (Whywhy)
The staff was young and inexperienced barely could hear through the speaker outside constantly repeating myself just to still give me a poor order I knew I should’ve checked before I left. Didn’t have traditional wings like I wanted so I suffered with these poorly coated with wimpy sauce around them instead of on them food wasn’t hot and wait until you see what all sprites suppose to be lastly they gave my kids cole slaw did I ask for it no I did not cause we don’t eat it. These kids that work here make me believe in $5 minimum wage. They could care less what you want to order. Most of my wings were bare. Hardly any sauce on them. Also, the place needs to be cleaned up. Added photo for proof.

Came in to order as I usually would do around 2:48pm on Sunday Feb 19 soda machine in the lobby was fill of ice and dirty couldn’t even put my cup to get ice. Waited to get my order taken one girl had an ear piece on texting didn’t bother to take my order disregarded the fact I was standing in front of the register and continued to text . Now I’m a gm in another franchise and know when you work no phones are suppose to be on the floors while working let alone have an ear piece in your ear while around food…. It wasn’t a pleasant visit at all this shouldn’t be over looked. I have all photos as proof.. it was 3:10pm no drive thru orders or lobby orders and still didn’t receive my food before I asked for a refund… Bad service and no manager to help out or delegate.

We pulled up to order this evening sat for 10 minutes without being greeted or asked what we would like to order. A female employee came out the back door to smoke a cigarette, and we asked her if they were still open..she responded ” is it 10 yet?” We told her no, it was 9:30, and she replied “well then we are still open” and continueed smoking. We then got tired of waiting, with three cars behind us also waiting, and pulled around to the window, where two more cars were waiting. At this point we were frustrated and decided to leave. While we pulled around the cars to the front of the store, we seen ONE person working at the window and four workers sitting in a booth hanging out.

I normally order from this location. I decided to go into the store because the line is so long every time I come. When I walked in there was trash on the floor. The garbage was overloaded and the smell of the place was horrible and in desperate need of a mop. I would have showed empathy due to how crowded it was BUT there was employees standing around taking and one was on the phone. I have decided to visit another Zaxby’s because this one was not clean at all. A little less taking and more cleaning could cause me to go back but until then. I’m staying far away. I did not see the rating grad posted. I could have missed it because I was focused on the trash!

Very disappointed in the level of service at this location. I have a family member with an allergy and very carefully placed our order with specific modifications. I repeated myself to emphasize these modifications. When we picked up our food, the dish had not been modified as ordered. When I pointed out the error, the server basically told me ‘sorry we are technically closed now’. After I told them that I had already ordered and paid for my food, they begrudgingly started remaking the dish. However, what they actually did was take it I to the back and take off the pieces that were supposed to have been omitted as ordered. Therefore, they risked an allergic reaction due to the contaminated meal. The manager was no help in resolving the issue.
