It’s a Jimmy John’s…I had the Caprese sandwich and it was pretty tasty, problem was that they gave me the wrong sandwich (tuna) and fortunately I wasn’t too far away yet before I realized it.

i’m pretty disappointed, i came in not too long ago and while i was waiting in line to order i saw an employee (with gloves on) stick his hands in his pants and itch his behind. while in line i was praying that he would take them off and wash his hands while proceeding to make another customers sandwich but of course he didn’t and began making someone else’s sandwich with his extremely contaminated hands. i was actually so baffled and disgusted that i was completely stunned. this happened about a month or so ago and i know this guy still works there, and i don’t think i have to even describe him because i’m pretty sure other folks have complained, i will say i do think he’s a manager. but i’m just disgusted and i hope this gets fixed because it is absolutely not okay.

Ordered lunch on a Friday at 11am. I knew it would be somewhat slower but it took an hour for my order arrive. When it got there there was no drink and two dollars in cash left. I’m not even mad. I just want my money back. It was just not great service. I don’t want the delivery tip back. I called to ask and the person I spoke to said “we don’t do refunds” and offered me $15 in store credit (my order came to $19). I’ve never ordered from here before and it was just terrible customer service.

I’m very disappointed at the fact when I asked the employees can they wash their hands prior to putting on gloves and making my sandwich it always seems to be a problem I was just there about a week ago the young lady was messing with the garbage and still them put gloves on and attempt to make my sandwich today when I went in there she actually was coughing in her hands I nicely requested for Hands to be washed prior to preparing my sandwich she just grab gloves again and proceeded to grab bread to make my sandwich and I basically said I don’t want my sandwich been made without you taking the proper steps of sanitation this should be common sense and common courtesy. she tried to inform me that our house was clean and I reminded her that she had just coughed in her hands as I was walking in the store then she snatched her gloves off and went to the sink to wash her hands. I don’t understand why she was upset she made the experience more

Haven’t ordered in quite awhile but due to being short staffed we had to today. I was very disappointed in how little meat was on the sandwich! Mostly bread and lettuce. I ended up pitching one half of the bun and folding it over. For the amount paid, very bummed out. Won’t reorder

Unfortunately I have to submit a less than good review. This is the second time I’ve ordered a sandwich for delivery that didn’t arrive after waiting for almost an hour. I’ve ordered from here at least 6 times, so 2 out of 6 experiences is not a good number. When I called to check on the status the manager said, “delivery is out now”. I explained the details of the situation and he showed zero empathy or accountability. The response was simply, “we are just really busy today.” That’s an easy fall back that is used too often when a vendor is running behind schedule. I asked for a refund and he said, “ok, I’ll void the order now and let my driver know.” No “I’m sorry”, No offer to resolve the issue; Just simply, sit and wait for the arrival. When I asked how soon will i get my refund, he responded, “check with your bank on that. When i void it, it’s out of my hands.”. Again, this is the second time this has happened to me at this location. That’s too bad.

Horrible customer service. I come in often as I work a couple stores down. I have rewards and I hardly EVER get asked if I do and when I tell them I do it’s often “too late”. I went in today to get a sandwich and I walk in and EVERYONE was sitting at a table talking. They took twice as long to make my sandwich since they had to glove up and they were scrambling to get gloves and such on. If you’re going to hire new people (and they were all new) you might as well hire some suitable employees. I have also had a ton of trouble with older employees but I’ll save that complaint for another day.

I had a great experience here the other night. The two ladies were very welcoming and patient with me. The lady who took my order was great with explaining what cost extra and what came with each of my choices which I really appreciated. The lady who made my sandwiches was so kind and seemed genuinely happy to make them. She also went out of her way to add something my husband forgot to his sandwich even though it ment unwrapping it. Not only was the visit very pleasant but the sandwiches were delish!! I will definitely be back!
