What a wonderful hidden gem! The menu options are robust, food is wonderfully delicious, service was timely and courteous, and ambiance was nice due to decor and pleasant background music. This is a family owned restaurant and is as authentic as it gets using their own family recipes. The place is also impeccably clean. Very reasonable pricing for the high-quality food and still had leftovers. Parking is in Harris Teeter underground garage. Beautiful butterfly gardens outside with patio seating. Loved my experience. I can’t wait to come back to dine in again and already planning my next lunch takeout during my work week. Excellent value, delicious and highly recommend!

Excellent friendly service. The food was great… We got fried meatballs and beef based on the owner’s recommendation and they were delicious. The fish sauce was pleasing mild. The restaurant was uncrowded and peaceful but we ate outside due to COVID-19 precautions and they were happy to give us takeout.

The food here is phenomenal!!! I had combination Pho and crispy spring rolls. I am a foodie and pho connoisseur and this location is the best by far!!! The Ms. Tiffany (the owner) came over to thank us for dining and was very very personable and inviting! I will be coming back with my whole family!

In town for a business trip and was told by a friend to try this place to satisfy my craving for authentic Vietnamese. This dish looks amazing, and the Vietnamese ice coffee was absolutely on point. Definitely recommend to others when I’m town.

I recently visited Pho Saigon Pearl, a family-owned Vietnamese restaurant in Arlington and it was an excellent experience! The food was authentic and delicious, the ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant is conveniently located and I couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. If you’re looking for an authentic Vietnamese experience, I highly recommend trying out this spot!

The Bún (Rice Vermicelli Noodles) was incredible! I ordered the special combo which includes pork, shrimp, and a crispy spring roll. Every ingredient was fresh, delicious, and combined so well. I love that you can eat this entire dish and not feel overly full or guilty, as it’s light and fresh yet packed with flavor.

Pho Saigon Pearl has some of the best Pho I’ve ever had in my life. The fresh and fried spring rolls were amazing too. The service is very friendly and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Best new Vietnamese spot in VA! Their broth is so delicious! The manager Tiffany says they marinate the broth for 16 hours, which is why it tastes so amazing. The Saigon Pearl special is also so full of spice and flavor. We love this place and go once a week. I highly recommend it!

Food was so good , labor of love for sure. These ladies take no shortcuts, you’re gonna have some of the best pho & dining ambiance this country has to offer. Super clean & the pho was phenomenal — owner told me it’s a bone broth they cook for 24 hours.
