This was at 9pm , sat in line for about 10 minutes before I got to the speaker (not a big deal) but then I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before being greeted and told they would be “right with me” waited for an additional 25 minutes at the least. only to be told “something is wrong with the computers they can’t take anymore orders” …. They didn’t want to deal with a rush before close and wasted a lot of people’s time

Why so serious

Stopped by here at approximately 6pm. Our order was simple—2 McFlurries, 3 sundaes and a kid’s meal. it took approximately 14 minutes for this order to be completed. The workers were unprofessional to say the least. Despite the long wait I said thank you and the worker did not respond at all. When I noticed an add-on wasn’t on the sundae, I asked and was then told “oh we’re out of those”. That’s something the worker should have told me since the add on had a cost; I told him that we had add pms on the sundae and he said we don’t have any M&Ms. Im like really, why didn’t you say anything, you’re just going to ignore the fact I paid for add ons smh. We used the restroom and there wasn’t any tissue inside. There weren’t any napkins in the lobby. The weirdo worker with the glasses, slim build, mix match sox, with braids, was very rude. He handed me my ice cream and as he handed it to me there was ice cream running down the side of the cup. I still said thank you. He rolled his eyes at me. They were so rude omg. The management is horrible. The place is dirty inside and the customer service is a negative zero. Good thing we were just passing through but I wouldn’t ever come to this place again. I will be contacting corporate as well. I wish I could give this place all negative stars.

I’m not even sure how this place has as high of a rating that it has. I don’t think I have EVER came here and they have gotten my order completely right. Normally I wouldn’t leave a review for fast food, because come on now it’s fast food. When you pay for items that you never get it’s an issue though. I can see why Chic Fil A is always packed and they aren’t. If you want to get ripped off this is the McDonald’s to go to!

Worst service, ever. Nobody wants to take your oder, the key pad didn’t work at remote. When the young lady did take my order they acted like it was a huge inconvenience!! No burrito makings, corporate should look into cleaning out the staff and start over with people that at least kind of care there’s customers!!

Wish I could put zero starts. Last night around 7:40pm I went there to get my son a happy meal after leaving chick fli a. Which they had the best customer service. So I walk into McDonald’s. Went up to the register for someone to take my order. It was like five guys all working in the front. They literally just look at me and didn’t even greet me or anything. So I place my own order. So after placing my order they taking for even to make one happy meal. Which the drive thur wasn’t pack and I was the only customer inside. Also the guys working in the front at McDonald’s had no gloves on putting the fries and things in the bags. Never coming to this place again. Waited so long had my chick fli a getting cold in the car.
