Compared to other locations in the area, this location is great! My online orders have been within 5-10 minutes of the original pickup time, which is a major improvement from the 30+ minutes I’ve waited in the past or at other Fargo locations.

I don’t like to leave a bad review nor comment on a new place/ business, however, in this case I got extremely sick so I have to. Today August 14th 2022 after a long drill weekend and work I placed an order ( simple bowl; rice, veggies, and chicken) which I do that at all Chipotle locations…. Not on this one, it was mishandled, not pleasant to look at and I paid the price later with a trip to the restroom. The place was dirty, my food was thrown away in to plate not placed in the rice was on one side and the other ingredients on the other, and Jesus the lettuce was extremely old and blackish….. I am not a brat nor picky about my food , but as I was happy to pay my hard earned money I would like my services in exchange. And in all honesty I should eat an MREs Bette then eating here. I hope the owners / managers will have to do something about this. I will not support this business unless they change their services.

I have had good experiences here, best chipotle in Fargo a lot faster than the one on 45th and workers are much more friendly. My rice was a little undercooked or not enough water in the rice. Overall, my burritos or rice bowls have tasted good. Still seems overpriced paying $15 for a burrito, but that’s any chipotle.

Half scoop of rice for my buritto with little barbacoa.. very understaffed zero cleanliness. Kitchens worse the the lobby. Also nothing ready. Very upset I wasted 40$

Ordered online 15 minutes prior, showed up when the food was supposed to be done, waited about 15 minutes before we were told to go to the back of the line because they were backed up on orders, went to the back of the line waited another 10 minutes to get to the window and have to wait again while they completed the order. Didn’t get the food until it was a half hour past the confirmation time.

I love Chipotle, but this location, new as it is, has really rocketed downhill. Was in line waiting at least 15 minutes with only 4 customers ahead of us. The one gal at the counter was SO SLOW! And, get this – she was putting chips in a bag for the customer ahead of us, and SHE PUTS A COUPLE OF CHIPS IN HER MOUTH! That customer had a fit, tried to discuss it with the manager, but she really didn’t seem to care. I hope the other locations are managed better than this one!

The food was pretty good. The service was horrendous. I had to continually repeat myself, asking for items multiple times. When my chips were bagged, they just used the bottom part of a burrito bowl to scoop them out, crushing half of them in the process. They forgot my guacamole even though I asked for it multiple times. The one cook they did have working was constantly yawning and falling asleep while prepping veggies. It was so disgusting. I know most places are understaffed lately but it just seemed like no one there enjoyed their job. Definitely not up to the standard I expected from Chipotle. I feel embarrassed for this restaurant.

If this had an option for zero stars, that’s what I would give it. Went into this location after ordering food online when I walked in, there was a line of people waiting to get food and to pay. The girl that was preparing plates must have hated her job or people because she had the biggest attitude ever, there was one girl working in the pick up takeout selection. The manager, a heavyset, black male was yelling at her to move to the register. When she tried to explain, there were several takeout orders that needed to be prepared and she was the only one, he literally screamed at her and told her there is a line backed up and it’s more important in to do what he says because he’s the manager.

Was scared to even order food. Employees had such a poor attitude. 6 employees dinking around leaving one to make burritos by himself. Food looked very old. Employee almost threw a fit when customer asked for fresh queso because it looked like dry paste. Also very dirty

I would have given it a five…..but I came in a bit early and to no fault of the people working there at all; my food wasn’t really. As for the takeout/pickup side it seemed to flow pretty well. I saw they had orders done pretty much on time. The reason for the 4 stars is on a Tuesday I saw a women waiting for rice for at least 15 mins. She came in as I did about the same time within a couple minutes of each other. I realized I was early no harm there but I came back 15 mins later 5 mins after my order was to be completed and they were still there. The line haven’t moved much. “I was outside in my car waiting” over all I so appreciate the staff I worked with and the good was fresh and worth the wait. But I don’t know if I’d do the dine in or “go through the line” side of things. But my experience great over all
