This Dunkin Donuts seems to be busy all the time. The staff does there best to help customers, yet I feel that a better system could be used. Perhaps with some organization they could have some of the staff taking orders at the counter and drive up window, while others make the drinks and food orders. I’m sure that this company can train the staff to work more efficiently, making there jobs easier, and cutting down the amount of time that customers must stand in line.

Great place, great service. I’ve had issues with my rewards and they’ve made it up to me by giving me something free or just refunding. Everyone is always friendly. Plus, they know how to get my iced coffee just perfect!

We decided to try this location out for the first time today. We placed an order online 30 mins ahead of time. We arrived, went to the counter to pick it up, and could clearly see it sitting there behind the counter (but not close enough to grab) and not finished. The employees made, and handed out several walk in orders that came after us and completely ignored us standing there. After ~15 mins of us standing there we were asked “are you waiting for something?” Then we were told they didn’t have 2 of the donuts we ordered, and thankfully she remade my frozen drink as it had melted in the time we had been standing there. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Charged me, ran out of paper for receipt. Said she’d be back. Insisted I hadn’t paid her. Charged me again. I questioned it. She said I hadn’t paid, yet my money was gone. I pretty confident I had already paid. Oh well I need a vacation from there anyway.

Depending on who is working, you may get an amazing coffee, or you might get something that tastes like garbage. About half of the time that I visit my coffee order is made incorrectly. As a former employee, I am aware of how simple it is to make coffees correctly – the machines are literally programmed by the cup size to dispense the correct amount. It’s not uncommon to see employees who clearly don’t want to be there, and don’t care whether you’re receiving good customer service. There are a few employees who do a fantastic job, however, and they are the only reason I continue to visit this location.

Great donuts, not much else. On occasion, you may get a great, happy employee; unfortunately, it’s far and few between. Also, they are not honest with their allergy information. The pumpkin spice mixture they use contains dairy. When ordered as a almondmilk replacement, they never disclosed the mixture contained milk and they added whipped cream even though it was specified it was not wanted. If your allergies are a big deal to you, I would heed with warning you may not get honest disclosures.
