THIS IS MY 3RD TIME IN A MONTH I WENT HERE AND ORDER WAS WRONG! The only reason I kept going it’s right down street from my house and my son loves it! But,… That being said sandwiches weren’t even barely wrapped! They put mayo on both sandwiches I asked for NO MAYO! My son HATES UNIONS AND THEY PUT ONION ON HIS BURGER! I DID NOT EVEN TAKE IT BACK! IM JUST NEVER GOING AGAIN! You can have my 10 bucks this time because it’s definitely my last time ever going here? Trash!

Very disgusting and not well maintained at all. Found flys coming outta the lemonade fountain drink into my daughter’s cup. Staff was sitting on the counter where they put the food at. Floors were disgusting and so were the tables also. They weren’t wiped off or swept and mopped at all chicken nuggets weren’t hot at all neither were the fries. There wasn’t any sweet tea made and put out in the dining room either or unsweetened iced tea either. There were no straws napkins or anything at all. Where the entrance is to enter mcdonalds floors were completely soaked to the point of slipping on them and they weren’t any slippery when wet signs either to be warned ahead of time. Staff was goofing off and being on their phones. Drive thru was very busy amd only 4 people working inside the McDonald’s and were very unstaffed and not 3nough communication at all and were getting alot of orders wrong too.

My dad went through the drive thru. Ordered a happy meal 6 nuggets and 2 fries with a few bbq sauces and only got 1 bbq , also ordered a mc-chicken and 2 plain hamburgers which were not plain…my hamburgers were cold. he discovered all this when he got home.

Went in for a quick bite and had an employee who was just rude, unprofessional, and didn’t want to spend time dealing with customers. No smile, no nothing. When food was up, they yelled out order, and you had to go up and get it. Not long ago, they would bring out your order to you. Makes no sense…..if you place an order with a kiosk, you get a number, and they bring food to your table. You order from an employee directly they don’t bring the food to you…. talk about not doing much for your wage. Customer service absolutely is on the brink of distinction.
