First thing you notice when you walk in is how clean it is inside and then your greeted by friendly staff. And I just want to give props to the the young lady that helped my friend, (who was a little older) she was patient, as my friend took a little longer than usual to pick out her goodies. That’s rare these days, she didn’t try to rush her or get upset. Thank you ☺️ Everything in our order was correct and our donuts were fresh.

I usually don’t like to leave scathing reviews, but this location has it’s good and bad moments. I understand that this store is busy during morning rush, but 9/10 times I’ve bought coffee, it’s made wrong. Typically, they forget to add any flavoring into the coffee, leaving me with just oat milk and coffee, especially if I want caramel.

Of course, a lot of the employees here have become so kind and helpful, but I just gotta say that my girl KENYA always makes our stop so amazing and enjoyable. We never have issues and she’s always making sure to greet us with a smile, with lots of laughter, and kind comments. We always come in and what amazed me a lot is that she had the same name as me and I feel like this name is not a very common name! She’s very attentive and treats all customers with respect and kindness. Please give this girl a raise, she most definitely deserves it with how good of an employee she is and how well her customer service is portrayed.

I go to this Dunkin’ because it’s near my house but they have messed up my order almost every single time I’ve gone and I’m never going back. I always get a Large Iced Coffee with 1 Cream and 1 Caramel. This time I got the same order but got what’s pictured instead. When I got to the window and was handed my drink, I told the girl at the window I got only 1 Cream and she said that it was one cream. And when I saw it had 5 CARAMEL in it?! It tasted like sugary milk and I just threw it away and went down the street to the McDonald’s.

This Dunkin donuts is so horrible, they got a new manager and she changed the pup cup size. The ones that use to be free are now $1. So $2 for what doesn’t amount to two shots of whip cream, literally one lick for a regular size dog. This Dunkin had always had the free ones but for that $1 you could upgrade to bigger ones with donut holes. Yes I can take that $2 and go buy a cheap can of whipped cream, but that’s not the point. It’s the trip, my dogs know where they are going and why. And most of the time my wife’s coffee is wrong! They fill the refreshers to the top with ice, 2 drinks from the straw and it’s empty, just a cup of ice. We are going over by meldrums today to see if that one is different. They need to fire this manager, all the changes she made were for the worst. I want my wife to ditch them and do Starbucks but she loves the coffee. It’s a morning ritual on the weekend with my wife and dogs. The other employees aren’t happy working for her either.

This is one of the worst Dunkin’ locations when it comes to staff and order and organization. This is located on Tuscarawas “Tusc” which is convenient for Canton SW and Perry Township. Not everyone has time to go all the way to Cleveland Ave or to Massillon or to North Canton because those locations are so far out of the way. Some people can only use this location. So it’s a shame that such a convenient location is so bad. Myself as well as friends, staff members and family members have had only bad experiences here. No matter how clearly or slowly you speak your order they NEVER get it right. You can even go inside and say it to them at the counter and the still won’t get it correct which I just cannot grasp. Today around noon I finally had enough and said if I have to go out of my way to go to another coffee shop then at this point it’s well worth doing so. I walked in and there were only 5 customers which wasn’t bad at all. 2 women were waiting on their order and a young man as well. I walked up to the counter and the woman standing at the register looked at me and literally turned around and walked away and went to the drive thru and began to take orders. The other woman barista was by herself and she had 8 cups in front of her making each one all by herself with no help. And they had another woman making all of the sandwiches and pastries. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. The woman who walked away glanced about 3 different times and wouldn’t come over. By this time there were 6 people in line behind me. I finally said “MISS!” To the barista (with the now 10 drinks in front of her which I felt bad for her at this point) to get her attention so that she or someone else could take my order. She also ignored me! Once again I said “Excuse me MISS” and I was ignored. At this point I had been standing at the counter for 15 minutes completely ignored. I looked at the woman behind me and I said you know what sweetie go ahead of me because I’m leaving and she said I think I’m going to as well. I walked out.

SEVEN people working yet it took me ten minutes just to put my order in. The manager sat at a table and did nothing. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The store is lovely. Got my order wrong to top it off. Thank God the tea tasted good

Takes 35 minutes to make a breakfast taco and sourdough sandwich. Plus take my order for hashbrowns and can’t even refund me for them this is unexeptable service and soggy food never again at this location coming back to talk to a manager

I went to this Dunkin on tusc and this employee was just absolutely rude. Not very good customer service. I believe her name was nataly. Just overall very unsatisfied with how she acted .
