Ordered here twice fist time they didn’t put ice in my drink and I asked for ranch got marinara sauce then I ordered hotdogs they were out but replaced with a Philly sub which was really good also order potato skins and this is what I got not sure if this is bologna but it’s not bacon honestly was a waste of money

They gave me someone else’s order, dry old wings & a pizza with the wrong toppings which was also previously cooked. I can’t even get a refund $30+ for some old food. I called told them she said she’ll get the manager then waited a little bit then hung up.

My family and I have been ordering from them for years! From the 4-5 years we’ve known this place I think this is the best they have gotten this year.. The pizza is unbelievably cheesy fresh and delicious straight out the oven!! The owner and customer service is wonderful!! My kids praise and enjoy the food every time!! And I’m always recommending to our families and friends. 5 stars ⭐️

I won’t be ordering from express again. It seem that lately every time I order they forgot something. I ordered an about 2-3 weeks ago and THEY were the one to forget my drink. I called and was told it was too late to deliver but I can call at ANYTIME and they will add my drink to my order. Gave them my phone and address so they’ll remember. Call today and their response was “Well it was 2-3 weeks ago and we don’t remember that far” won’t be ordering from them again

Giving a 3 star rating given the poor customer service over the phone. I love eating here and the food rarely disappoints, however when I called in to order over the phone today the gentlemen was rude and disconnected my call mid-convo. Idk where they do that at, but that’s a sure way to lose a customer. Soft skills are important, especially in a professional setting.

First off whoever is answering the phone taken orders need to take the phone out his mouth and stop being so rude!! So I Ordered a Salad which is $8.99 and asked for extra ranch which is $0.99 and was charged $15.00 which the delivery fee was added. Called back as soon as my food was in my hand to ask why was I charged for something I didn’t receive? I guess he was the manager/owner who asked an employee in his native language what was packed in my order, the employee I guess says that he placed my extra ranch in my order. I then proceeded to inform the manager that it is not clearly if your driver is not even out my driveway and I’m calling you to asked about the charges and my missing ranch. Do I get an apology no I get well ma’am he placed it in there. It’s no policy for when a customer food is not correct or when an item is missing. Never again will I spend my money at this establishment.

Very rude, distasteful customer service. Ordered the other night and never received food after waiting over an HOUR. Was told 30-45 mins, called back after an HR and was very rudely told that it was coming and to have a nice day. After I told them I wasn’t paying for no cold fries I guessed they took it up on their selves to not bring anything. After seeing the sanitation grade never would’ve ordered to begin with. Ewww but shows how much they respect customers. After waiting a hr everything was closed nearby except mcds. Should be ashamed and boycotted within the community.
