We went there just as it opened for the afternoon on a Saturday, so I don’t know what it’s like when it’s full. But that has nothing to do with the food! I haven’t had real Japanese food in a while. I don’t eat sushi. I got and really liked the Beef Negimaki. I got a salad that was an option with it too. I finished that. The portion of the Negimaki was big enough that i took some home and had it for lunch the next day. I definitely want to go back to this restaurant!

Great spot for sushi. Indoor and outdoor dining options. The Kano salad was very good. Beef negamaki is a must try! Service was excellent and it was very well priced. Everything we ordered was delicious. Great place!

Got 2 rolls of sushi from here, the Manhattan roll and Philadelphia roll. They were good but not great. Too much rice, not enough filling. I might come back if I’m passing by and want some sushi, but wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

Had their sushi a few times now. First time was great. Second time the fish was just ok. This most recent time they forgot my order and when I finally received it, the tuna avocado roll had shredded tuna… not a good look at all. Not a good taste. Poor experience

The sushi isn’t bad, but the service is pretty chaotic. Table service takes forever, and when I have ordered for pick up, my order hasn’t been ready despite allowing ample time. I would never order for delivery—sushi is one thing you don’t want left sitting around while the restaurant gets its act together. The East 90s needs more and better sushi options than this place.
