Given there were only two ✌️ employees working hard doing drive-thru and inside customers. Many of the ice creams were out. The Broken TV monitor should say enough. Recommendations for greeting customers and trying to be more polite can go a long way and ease tensions.

Currently they are not letting you order inside of the restaurant. However the doors are open to walk inside to pick up an online order… Didn’t make much sense. Anyway, it’s all about customer service and surely this Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t have that! We walked inside to order and immediately the lady at the front counter pointed us to the sign on the door and rudely asked us to go to the drive-through.

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin’ donuts Baskin Robbins in the world 100% the worst. I live literally in the neighborhood across the street from it 2 blocks away. They never have donuts they never have ice cream The service is always s***** the coffee is awful This is absolutely the worst of the worst duncan donuts ever. The people that work there are just sitting around doing Nothing the last time we went in They had the music so loud over the intercom customers were screaming their orders You couldn’t hear anything couldn’t even talk to my wife standing right next to me. Zero stars for sure! Service definitely sucks, pay extra for espresso shots to get nothing but chocolate milk . And every single time we order a muffin we end up with a donut, they don’t bother to tell you they don’t have what you order. Young girl told me today to go drive around until my order was ready like she was paying for my gas. Not stoppjng at this place again rather make the drive to Starbucks.

Drove off in drive thru, didn’t even have a chance to order. The order taker was super rude, not helpful, and really showed that she did not want to be at work this morning. We are on our way for better service at Starbucks. If I could give negative stars it would be a negative three. You all need to hire better order takers that is not mad at the world because they had to work today.

I ordered my drinks through the app this morning like I normally do and I have been coming to this particular location since it has opened. I get to to the drive up to let them I’m picking there to pick up my order, the guy who asked for my name was nice a women came on could possibly have been the manager she was very rude, disrespectful and apparently lacks customer service skills. This women had a whole attitude about me had just placing my order about 4minutes prior, she told me that “you know you just placed this order you need to give us time about 5min because you just placed the order and you can go wait in the front” I told that lady to cancel my order and went to Starbucks. This location will continue to lose customers due to poor customer service, she did not have to speak that way, she could have handled that differently.

Why is it so difficult to hire good, competent and friendly staff members? I am foolish in attempting to revisit this establishment with the hopes that it’s improved, because it HAS NOT. The staff at this location are sooo incredibly rude for no particular reason. I ordered two coffees thru the app, and before anyone assumes that my order was complex or had various specialty drinks….it wasn’t…it was a small cold brew and a frozen hot chocolate. I pulled up to the drive thru approximately two minutes after placing my order (which I listed as ASAP) – and this was middle of the afternoon Saturday with NO other customers in the line ..and the young lady was very prompt in letting me know that “we just received your order two minutes ago….so it ain’t ready and it’s gonna take about 5-10 mins. You gonna need to pull up and come back thru the drive thru at the appointed time. ” So a couple of things….first off the cold brew was ready – as per your site it’s “steeped for 12 hrs..blah blah ..” and the frozen hot chocolate…I doubt takes that long but what was never offered was a simple apology!!!!!! If she had simply said, “oh I’m sorry ..your order isn’t completed yet if you pull up and park I can bring it to you ” I would have been happy, but really she makes it seem like me arriving for my order- which was listed as ASAP was mind boggling. I’ve worked in the service industry, I know that things happen, but you don’t criticize the customer for coming to spend money on your establishment, because you aren’t prepared. So yeah….this place continues to suck…and despite already having low expectations for them they still managed to miss the mark.

Jou, that is what his batch name said but my receipt says Regan, young guy extremely unprofessional charge me twice the wrong amount he kept playing around the entire time making rude comments. The ice cream cake I purchased he mentioned it was nasty and disgusting and to not buy it. This place hires the wrong employees, I get it they are young but come on. Never again coming to this ghetto place they have nothing but the worst employees.
