There needs to be a sign on the store stating that they dont take orders after 8:40pm which means you close at 8:40pm and not 9 as you can see multiple people eating inside at 8:45pm young lady in the red hoodie walked in at 8:50 pm placed an order for a drink yet we were refused service

The food is good BUT… we got a to-go order and they had the sandwiches wrapped in paper instead of the usual containers. I specifically asked the manager if they wrap the pickle in with it and he said yes. Well guess what.. no pickles. Of course. Might seem petty but that is one thing we look forward to with them.

The soccer team I coach had a game tonight @ 6:00. Upon leaving the soccer fields at Traceway, I started trying to call McAlister’s to place a to-go order. I called 17x between 7:15-7:45. Nobody ever answered…I wondered if perhaps their failure to answer the phone (for a solid 30 minutes) could be attributed to a mad dinner rush? When I walked in, I was disappointed to find that out of the 25-30 table tops, only 5 were occupied, and there were two people waiting on their food? I asked when I ordered at the register if there was an issue with the phone lines or something- just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. She didn’t ever answer my question and gave me a blank stare when I explained why I was inquiring about the phones. In the photos (which depict the state of the restaurant when I walked in, and the quality of the food) it is quite clear that pure neglect is the only logical explanation.

Large dining area, friendly staff, my order is always correct. The only downside is the wear and tear in the parking lot. It’s not enough to damage a vehicle but enough to where you should drive carefully.

Buyers beware…The “A” team does not work the Sunday night shift….that is FOR CERTAIN. After 26 phone calls to place a to-go order over a 45 minute time span, I had to go inside the near vacant restaurant to place the order (we were traveling home from out of town and I’d hoped to be able to simply pick it up on our way back). I inquired as to why on earth nobody answered the phone because there were ONLY 2 TABLES SEATED IN THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! The answer I received… “maybe the ringer isn’t turned up enough?”Seriously though- what a joke. I mean fully functional phones are must during BUSINESS HOURS! I wish google would wise up and offer the option to give negative stars.

Since COVID, every time I come to this location, the service is bad and food is slapped together. I ordered a club sand which, no tomato, and I got this slapped together thing. plus they forgot the bacon. But I know they weren’t out of bacon because my mom’s salad had bacon. My sisters pizza was burnt. Customer service is terrible. Other customers were complaining while waiting. I won’t be giving this location another chance. I feel like my money has been wasted.

I had 2 French dips picked up from here for work for my lunch… they rushed my order and didn’t give me any dipping Ajou(which i paid extra for ) and then refused to answer my phone call. Pot customer service. No chips with my chicken tortilla soup either. All they had to do was double check and make sure the orders were correct. I should be able to just have my food picked up and trust they can get simple stuff correct.
