The Wendy’s in LaPlata is in need of help. They cannot smile or get an order correct to save their lives. Your best chance is to walk in and order, and even that is a craps shoot. NEVER ORDER THROUGH THE APP for this location! Twice now they have gotten it wrong. When I order a bacon double stack and prepay for it, that’s what I expect. Not a junior cheeseburger. The order is sent ahead of time. How hard is it to read and why do we always have to pull up and wait because the order is not ready? Maybe if the window person was as trained in accuracy as she was in candy apple red wigs we would not have this problem. Maybe she should take an example from the special needs gentleman who brought out our order. He made sure we had extra straws and napkins and asked if we had the dipping sauces we asked for. He went above what is expected. If the rest of the staff just took an extra second to insure accuracy you would have more than 3.5 stars

This Wendy’s has got to be the worst I’ve ever been at. Every single time I come here they are so disrespectful and rude to us, they are always out of things, and never get my order correct. This time, I pull up for a mobile order, and the lady said to pull up so I pulled up and waited about 10-15 min she brings out our food and I ordered baconator fries a potato a frosty and 2 Dr peppers, well she brings my food out my baconator cheese is not melted it looks like it was just thrown on there, my potato is missing so I ask her for it and she tells me “Oh we have no more potatoes tonight” and walks away AS SOON as she says it not even a chance to speak, she hadn’t even let me know they were out either or asked if I wanted something else. The manager constantly closes the place down and says that “their systems down” how can your system be down every day? Pretty funny it happens everytime they get “busy”.

The cashier was friendly and had a pleasant attitude. The ghost pepper chicken was recommended, and it was good. I don’t do cheese, so it was great. Apparently, the cheese is where a lot of the heat comes from. I’ve purchased it twice now. If you like spicy…..well here ya go!

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I ordered a baked potato with cheese and bacon. First of all my cheese was not melted. To make matters worst the cheese was moldy. I told them and they took it to the back took out the big piece of mold and said there’s no more potatoes. Then when I spoke to the manager he looked at it like he was looking for the mold and there was still moldy pieces in plain sight. Then our order was missing all of our fries. To top it off my son found a bone in his chicken nugget.The staff was also very rude. The one lady said give us a break there is only 3 of us here. I can understand being understaffed but there’s no excuse for moldy cheese and bad service.

We pulled into the drive thru at 11:35pm tonight (Friday) the lady came on the speaker saying they are closed. When there drive thru hours say open until 12am. This is not the first time this has happened. Corporate needs to do something about this. We left our home which is about 20 minutes each way because they said they were going to be opened. If I had looked up the reviews before we decided to leave I would’ve saved the trip and not wasted my time.

Apparently when they tell you “we have no cheese” they also mean they have no mayo, tomatoes or lettuce. The sandwiches we ordered were supposed to have all of these condiments and all were missing. La Plata, and Waldorf locations are both a complete disappointment…… Employee performance is a direct reflection of management.

I dropped important papers when I took my wallet out to pay. When I went home I realized I had lost the papers. Went back to Wendy’s and the thanks to the person who waited on me and the manager, my papers were returned to me. Thank you and the burgers were the best.

I had the worst experience at this Wendy’s today. I was in the drive thru and the lady told me to pull forward to wait for my food. So I did and after 15 minutes I had to get out the car and go in to see where my food was. As I was asking where my 37.00 meal was so this low budget heavy Dee started running his mouth very disrespectful because I was asking for a refund. Don’t eat at this place there food is cold and when they leave the bathroom they don’t wash there hands. They come in from outside from a break and don’t wash there hands or wear gloves. Maybe they need a visit from the Health Department.
