Every time I purchase a bowl from this location. I noticed that each bowl is much more salty than the last meal purchased . As if, they’re trying to test how much salt a person can tolerate, while keep the food loaded with salt to preserve it. If I wanted eat a spoon full of salt, I would’ve purchase a much cheaper box of table salt instead! Although, their food appears to be healthy, the salt content is extremely unhealthy. This is my last and final purchase from this location.

Here again,walked in seen 6 people just sitting in the waiting area to be told by a customer they were online only. I said fine,I’ll place it and wait I. Went up and asked a worker to explain to me the new steak,she said it doesn’t matter we are sold out,but the ingredients are listed here…and points to a picture…I get my food come home,barley any corn on it,not even half way filled I’m so over this at this location. I will be going to a new one from now on. You can see in the second picture how much rice is in the bowl

This is notoriously one of the worst chipotles in America, they can’t never get it right. There’s always something wrong when I come here. One time they were out of everything but rice and chicken. Today they could only take cash, but they also want exact change.

I’ve had good experiences at other locations. My first time at this location and the service was apathetic and disengaged. It came through in the execution of the meal as well. The dining area wasn’t very clean and the soda needed to be changed. It was mid afternoon and not busy.

Ran out of sour cream and would not give me guacamole complimentary.Poor customer service. Will not return. What’s the big deal to replace it with guacamole. Instead of losing maybe 50cents in food cost you lost a customer .I think the kid was on a power trip., he doesn’t understand that a happy customer is a return customer. But unfortunately I will not return.

I drive out of my way to come here and 90% of the time they are in stock and everything is perfect! So I’m happy. While the Kemps River location is near my house, I make the drive to this one as that location will hand you the online order and not say a word to you that they are out of literally half of what you ordered-only to discover it when you get home. On top of that, the workers there always have headphones in their ears and are rude enough to make you think you were on a prank tv show. At least they don’t hand out half empty meals here and the workers at this location have always been friendly. It makes the extra 20 mins round trip worth it.

Upon entering we see a sign stating CASH only then another that said EXACT CHANGE only. They expected us to just leave any change due back. They had no nacho chips, two brands of soft drink were out of order and finally they were out of spoons. How does the Landstown Commons location stay in business?

This location is absolutely pure garbage, If I could rate this – 100 stars I would, every time I come here there is some type of not enough employees, their POS wasn’t working. Shut this location down I’d get better service at a Soup kitchen then come here. I stood in line for 20 minutes and you finally tell me it’s cash only ? Are you serious ??? Chipotle please shut this location down !!!

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. They’re always out of stuff, they’re card machine is always down. I don’t blame the employees for any of this. The problem lays rather on the manager’s. I would be embarrassed if I was the district manager and this was one of my locations. What a joke.
