May I ask how do you screw up a quarter pounder w/ cheese no onions? Well this McDonald’s did instead of no onions I received extra, but had no Ketchup, mustard or pickles also my pop was only 3/4 filled. This McDonald’s surely knows how to screw up orders!

Used the mobile app and curbside pickup, waited 15 minutes for a big Mac meal with a shake and 2 cheeseburgers. All burgers missing onions and the shake was already melted and warm. This location seems to mess things up in some way every time.

The signage shows a new “Grimace Shake” that had me excited so I asked the the lady in drive thru what flavor it was. She said she didn’t know so I asked her to check with someone else. She said nobody know and asked if I wanted to order anything? WHAT? You don’t know what you’re selling? When I worked there we tried new foods/drinks so we could recommend items. Obviously that isn’t done anymore. I only stopped here because my granddaughter begged me to. I stopped eating here7 years ago because of the customer service and it hasnt changed. Idefinitely will NEVER STOP AT McDONALDS AGAIN!

The Spicy Chicken sandwich was not hot, looked like someone sat on it. Also the fillet was tough and stringy. They charged me .30 for water! Really? Brought 3 grand boys in for a treat. $32 for the four of us, I suppose not bad for Chicken nuggets, fries, and slushies. Kids like it, but for my taste, the food is about the lowest quality, and easily surpassed by almost any other place.

Worst meal ever. You have to order on the machine with a credit card. No staff to help you. They bring the meal to you. No napkins or catsup. Went up to get the napkins and the catsup and had to wait 5 minutes before anyone would help. Employees were talking to each other and were looking directly at me. Guess their talking was more important than a customer. Got back to the table to cold food. My husband said the fries were cold before I even went up. Last time we will eat there. No service what so ever. Bad part was we were the only people in there.

After putting in a mobile order to save time, I still waited 10 minutes for the order. I then drove home only to find out that the order was incomplete. When I called to inform them that the Big Mac was missing, my options were to drive back using my fuel and time to fix their mistake, or they will mail out voucher for a “free” Big Mac. It isn’t free. I already paid for it. I was also told it will be 3 days before this voucher is even dropped in the mail. Dissatisfied does not begin to express my experience. I’m not sure this was supposed to make up for their mistake, but I guess I have higher standards.

You get what you expect out of fast food really anywhere you go. We have always had a good experience with the staff here friendly and quick with you need help. One particular person went out of her way to save us some money which was nice because who doesn’t like to save money no matter where you go. Over all one of the better mcdoanlds to go to in the st cloud area at least to me.
