Such a lovely place for having an authentic Indian dinner. The restaurant is spacious with indoor and outdoor seating, and presents with a gentle ambiance featuring many Indian art objects. The chicken curry was delightful, simmered in a curry sauce that was not heavy. The lamb dish was very tasty, with ample rice. The lassi drinks are also some of my favorite items for drinks. The portions are filling, and take-home is encouraged. Really a lovely place.

Food: we had amazing butter chicken, lamb saag, naan, and ras malai. Everything was fresh, beautifully plated, plenty large portions, and flavorful. We met the chef who said he tries to source as much as possible local. They even have spices you can buy to take home that are ridiculously pungent and delicious!

The food was good and the service was nice, but the prices are simply not worth it when there are other options within 20-30 miles. You can expect to pay roughly 30$ for a single entree and the portions are good but not enough food for 30$. You can’t really expect to charge about 50$ per person when the dining area has a huge water stain on the ceiling. At that price, I’d expect to order cocktails with the entree.

We came on a Monday so maybe it was more people than normal but there was only one person handling the tables and she was efficient but overworked. Made sure she and she only got a good tip.

This is not your usual motel restaurant, although it perhaps looks like that as you’re driving by. It has a lovely atmosphere, neither too fancy nor too shabby, service was great and friendly, and the Indian food is top notch although the mild spice was a little bit lacking to my taste, I really couldn’t detect any capsaicin in the food at all. I particularly liked their mango lassis, I suspect that Vermont dairy products have something to do with that and with the high quality of the cheese in the palak paneeras well. Highly recommended.

Delicious food and friendly staff. We ordered the samosas, naan with coconut and dried fruit, chicken tandoori, and lamb masala. There were some creative cocktails to order as well, and we really like the ones we got!

Honestly the prices here are ridiculous. $33 for butter chicken is laughable. $10 for an onion naan is extortion. If you want Indian food and live in Brattleboro drive 20 minutes to Greenfield and get it for 1/2 the price along with better quality and bigger portions. There are fine dining places over in Wilmington and West Dover that are comparable price wise. I am in shock that they have any customers who pay these prices regularly.

Terrible! We were upset because there was No flavor at all, and very expensive! We got take out. But we had to run to the grocery store later to buy a jar of tikka sauce and salt so we could add it to the food to make it edible!. And the naan bread in more like flat roti.

Great food ! Everything is freshly made which explain the rather long wait time but definitely worth it ! One of the finest Indian food I had.
