For a food court spot, this was good. Kinda pricey but it at least gives off the illusion of quality. Guys working there were pretty good too

This Charley’s is terrible and the customer service is very poor. Despite the mall being open until 9pm, good luck getting food if you go there past 8pm. I went there one time at 815 and they were no longer serving fries. I went there another time at 830 and they would not serve me any food at all…but they offered to sell me a fountain drink. Are you serious?? Because I live in the area I’ve talked to other people who have had the same experience. Apparently they like to be lazy and shut everything down early. You are better off going to the one on Sawmill Road. They are truly open until 9pm.

The Mexican owners/operators were very rude to my wife and daughter. Practically threw their food at them because the order taker messed up the order then got mad because we tried to tell them so.

Excellent cheesesteak sandwich. Always consistently really good. Great fries as well – nice and crispy skin on.

My mom and I had a terrible experience today at the Charley’s Philly Steak at Tuttle Crossing Mall in Dublin, OH. We were trying to decide what to eat for lunch during a busy Sunday afternoon. As we walked into the food court a woman offered us samples on toothpicks which we ate and continued to walk around to see our options. As we passed Charley’s my mom glanced around for somewhere to dispose of her toothpick and spotted an abandoned little cardboard tray thing at the end of the Charley’s counter. It looked like a piece of trash that we could throw toothpicks in (I’m familiar with this location and I know they give out samples too so it didn’t surprise me that there would be a little thing to throw used toothpicks in). Again, it was a little paper container, I’m sure it cost the company pennies to make. We were walking away and were nearly to the next restaurant when this very large man storms up on my mom from behind brandishing the paper container with the toothpick in it at her. Yelling “This is not trash! This is for samples!” We’re both shocked and dumbfounded that this huge man is yelling at us and waving a paper tray in our faces. I was not grasping his meaning as he kept waving the tray in my mom’s face like he wanted her to take her toothpick back. So we’re standing there in disbelief as he continues to wave the tray in our faces yelling that it’s not for trash but the paper container was meant for samples. He wanted us to take the toothpick back so he could use the tray for samples but we weren’t following his bizarre behavior so eventually he turned around in a huff and stormed off. Realization finally struck my mom and she decided to walk up to him this time and politely point out that it was unclear exactly what purpose the paper tray served. That the way he carelessly left it made it look like a little trash container and he did not need to speak to her in that manner. Instead of apologizing though he continued to berate her. At this point I’m seeing red, my mom is a small, incredibly sweet 60 year old woman and doesn’t deserve to be scolded especially over a stupid, innocent mistake. I see he’s still being rude to her so I come up too and tell him: hey it looks like a piece of trash man, you need to chill and not speak to my mom like that. He didn’t care and just kept angrily repeating “it’s not trash, I’m not being rude”. After this pointless back in forth we walked away and obviously didn’t spend our money at your establishment because your employee (Tom was his name) wanted to yell at us over a cheap like paper container that I’m sure you pass hundreds out daily. We also will never be spending our money at this location and I’m posting this on my social media accounts for my friends, family, and their friends & family to know to avoid your company. So you’ll be losing out on potential hundreds over pennies. Also, after finishing our lunch I was walking towards the elevator and this Tom guy is chatting it up at the popcorn stand in the middle of the food court. I was just going to walk by until I notice him sneering at me so as I walked by I said “I will be reporting you to your customer service” at which point he flings his arm up in the air at me and yells “go head and tell them!”. So I assume this guy must be a manager since he was wandering around the food court not working and doesn’t care at all about customer service or any kind of reprimand from the company. I can only imagine how he handles things that are true issues, dealing with his employees, and cleanliness of the store if he wanted to re-use a dirty paper tray for samples.

I ordered a regular chicken teriyaki with nothing on it. Also got a regular drink. The guy didn’t give me my drink so I had to wait to get that. Then when I asked to get a drink they didn’t want to give it to me. I got my sub and didn’t notice until I got in my car and left that it had onions on it and the bread was completely soggy.

Took over 25 minutes to get an order so don’t go here if you’re on your lunch. I would’ve left if I hadn’t already paid.
