Grabbed a quick togo after Wendy’s staff told me they were closed. The whole town seemed on lockdown; police everywhere.

I have had several bad experiences here… last time, they forgot my extra cane sauce… which of course I paid extra for. They also didn’t get my order right. I’m not sure how you mess up an order when you only have 5 things on your menu. Then today I paid $10 for a 3 finger combo.. only to find out they gave me 3 small tenders and barely any fries..just take your money to Chick-fil-A. They have better prices and portions.

Went to this location a couple weeks ago. Haven’t been back since. I love cane’s, and the quality is always on point, but what the heck with the portion sizes now? Raising prices and less food? Three finger combo at almost 9 dollars and I was given 3 nuggets that are 2.5 for inches long. I literally had to eat more food at home because it wasn’t enough(when it usually is). Be wary if you plan in getting any chicken fingers in the future. You’ll need to pay for the caniac just to be full.

I’m never disappointed at Canes. So good! Probably my favorite Sunday after Church lunch meal.

I am a big fan of Canes. However the Perkins near Bluebonnet location has struggled lately. The employees, who have been known for being friendly across all of the restaurants, have no energy, no friendliness, and no motivation to do things in a timely manner. I believe this is part of what is making time in the drive through longer than necessary. I wish the culture were more reflective of old Canes.

I ordered 3 combos and I paid for them. When I got to the food window, the person who was there gave me my food and said “have a nice day”, that is to say, they were supposed to have already delivered all my food to me. I didn’t check the bag, I was going with my baby, and when I arrived home I realize that they only gave me 2 combos instead of 3.

Big disappointment. Canes is taking the name “chicken fingers” to the extreme. They really are close to the size of a finger. The tenders are probably 3 times smaller than they used to be. I remember having canes and getting full eating half of a box combo, but now I have to nearly eat an entire Caniac to get full. It’s really ridiculous. If the sauce wasn’t so good, I’d probably never go back. 2 stars is only because the sauce is great.

This specific location left we wanting more. I placed an order online and they left my food out for over an hour. When I got there after having to run an errand they wouldn’t do anything. I had to leave and warm my chicken and fries up at home. A little customer service would have said atleast toss it back in the fryer a few minutes. but no they didn’t care at all. Will not be going a back to Perkins ever agian.

Everytime I come to Raising Canes and Aaron is working, he always is helpful and makes sure my food is hot everytime and on point. He needs a raise or promotion
