This Chipotle is probably one of the under performing customer service restaurants chipotle has. Their management is inconsistent as well as the workers. However the new manager does try to resolve issues and handle customers with care. You have to beg for an extra quantity of food, at an expense you’ll be told no! Not to mention the older short lady ROSA, that works behind the counter will put up a fight and tell you that she’s not putting less on your bowl. That is horrible customer service. Just politely add more or tell the customer it will be extra just don’t say “no”. She’s rude and as always been rude for over a year. I went today and her attitude was atrocious. This time I said I would do a review. If the food isn’t under cooked, your bowl empty with a bunch of rice it’s the poor customer service.

They got my order wrong and overcharged me. I always order the same thing at Chipotle’s everywhere, never a problem, but here when I asked for half steak and half barbacoa they charged me for a barbacoa burrito and an extra serving of steak (and consequently, an extra 5 dollars).

Way better than the Main St. chipotle which has easily been the worst chipotle in Houston, probably in the Southern US. Portion sizes here can be variable so you might need to ask twice. But no complaints. The only issue is parking here during heavy lunch hours but whatever. Get your chipotle here.

Real bad experience dining at this Chipotle. Got a kids meal, and the server gave a really, really small portion of rice, chicken, and beans. I had to ask to correct the portion size. To which employee named Aurelia started lecturing on portion size. She was defending the tiny tiny portion (about the quarter spoon), saying that only one spoon was allowed. I saw multiple reviews complaining similar issues. The Manager Judith Gomez is either blind to this or this is her policy. Either way, this is one of THE worst chipotle I have ever been.

I just have to say that I have a huge problem with the restaurant placing a much higher importance on food delivery services than people waiting in line at the location. The line was out the door and there were only two people in front of me yet it took almost 25 minutes until it was my “turn”. When I stepped up, I then had to wait an additional 5 minutes so they could prepare yet another food delivery order. And then they were out of three of the items I wanted on my bowl. That led to a very sad looking bowl of rice, shredded cheese eand guac. Not OK. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE.

I always eat here but the last 3 times i did online orders cause i couldn’t come in store and waist time and my food was throwered in and not ready i had to wait when they texted and said food was done that took up to 10 minutes extra as well then when i got it i went to eat it i didn’t get ANYTHING on it that i asked for i should’ve just went and stood in line and watch them but the man fixing it acted as if i was an enemy and threw everything together the picture below is how i received my food …
