Disappointing. Ordered baked potato and it appeared to have been reheated more than once, old. Tablecloth torn in at least 2 places and worn looking. Carpet dirty and worn. Bathroom dirty. Service slow, especially since the restaurant was not busy. Disappointing.

Worst service I have ever had at a Ruby Tuesday’s. The waiter acted like he didn’t want to be there. I had finished my meal and waited for my check. I finally had to stand up next to my table in order to get someone’s attention. A waitress brought my bill and said my server had to go to class. I let her know I was not happy with the service. I wasn’t going to mention the fact that halfway through my meal I was asked to move to another table because they had a large group coming in. I noticed they received excellent service by 3 servers, but no one came to my table. I did not leave a tip.

Don’t waste your time with this place. Not busy at all and it took 45 minutes to get an appetizer. Should have left when we walked in and the staff had to clean a table off before we could be sat. Again they weren’t busy. Every employee is going behind the bar and making their own drinks. My son couldn’t get a refill even though we asked for one multiple times. The only time there was a sense of urgency is when we got tired of waiting and they anted us to pay for the cheese sticks. Didn’t mind paying for what we ate but that is the only time they seem to be in a hurry to do anything!

Our waitress was great! I only ate salad and it was good. The service was slow bc they only had one waitress at lunch time. But she took great care of us. They need to step it up on the cleanliness of the floors or replace the carpet.

I came here for the first time on Friday night and it was one of the worst experiences that I’ve had. It took forever for a waitress to come even ask me what I wanted to drink. My table was sticky and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. After 30 minutes, I still hadn’t been served my drink and the waitress blamed it on the bartender and didn’t even offer to bring me anything else. So I just ended up leaving after never being served my drink or my food. I wouldn’t recommend trying to dine-in here, if you want Ruby Tuesday, just order take out. I see why I never decided to eat here in my almost 6 years of being in Troy. The atmosphere was depressing and gloomy, plus the waitress didn’t seem like she wanted to be there either.

The food was complete TRASH ️ . My husband and I got the Triple Play. My husband’s ribs was so dry he couldn’t eat them and my loaded tots was fried so hard they were like eating cattle cooked chips. My son ordered the chicken parmesan. The chicken breast was so dry and the pasta was dry and sticky. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT TROY RUBY TUESDAY

Waited almost 2 hours for food. Had the salad bar and over half of the items were empty. Server was too busy talking to staff (that was off work and sitting at the bar. I say staff because there were multiple times they walked behind the counter and one of the people sitting was the hostess). Finally got our food, well 2 people at the table did. I had ordered the Philly cheesteak and they were out of steak so I got the chicken cheesteak. It came out 10 minutes after the other food. So their food was cold (was with my boyfriend and his dad and they were waiting on my food to be ready) by the time mine finally came out. My cheesteak had a minimal amount of meat, queso cheese, onions and mushrooms. It was also burnt on the bottom.

Asked for a medium-well steak, got a well done dry steak. Drink was on point though and chicken was supposed to be bourbon but tasted like bbq, all the food could use some seasoning.

Our server Karen and the Manager Evan were both excellent. They checked on us to make sure our experience was great. The food was excellent. Great value! As always can’t beat the salad bar!
