Honestly only been here a handful of times never had a problem, but today the lady dropped my card on the ground. No biggie, but the gloves she had on while grabbing it off the ground never came off her hands when she started touching other stuff… oh, and still waiting for food almost 30 mins now after being told 3 mins.

So clearly the $4 order of veggies is mainly broccoli and not even filled to the top. The plate is barely ok for portions,I feel they are doing the very minimum before it could qualify as not enough. I feel as if it could be better paying $15 for this. Customer service was great,fairly quick line.

I ordered in the drive thru. Waited at least 20 minutes. Sat at the window while they prioritized people inside. Then they said they didn’t even have our order. We drove off with no food. Horrible. We love panda but this location is awful.

Omg went thru drive thru!! No soda!! They only had bottle drinks! They where also out of entrees and it was only 11:30! They said it would be a 15 minute wait. Who goes thru a drive thru and wants to wait 15 minutes! We ordered 2 plates yet. They only gave us one!! Then they had to ring up again and we had to wait. What a mess!

Got to the front. Ordered. She asked me if I’m okay with the extra shrimp price as she already was putting it in the container. I felt obligated which ruined my mood for my meal. Also the food I expected a usual crunch. The orange chicken was soft and disappointing. The rice was very hot and good.

This was a terrible experience. For one of my orders, I asked for a plate with walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and rice. When I received my order the food didn’t look appetizing. Noodles were mixed in with my shrimp, shrimp didn’t look fresh (looked like pieces were pealed off the shrimp), and food was thrown together. I kindly asked if they could fix the issue with the meal I purchased because it didn’t look appetizing for the amount I paid for it. Not only did the young lady try to charge me for another plate she was rude and gave me what is shown in these images. I lost my appetite and asked for a refund. I given the option to get another order instead of doing the refund by a manager. However, I kindly declined and wanted my refund. The manager stated that I should be receiving my refund on my card within three to five business days. She asked me to sign a receipt, and that was that. Hopefully I receive my refund and wasn’t cheated out of funds I work hard for.

They never acknowledge that you are there if u order online. They can not say hi it is not in their vocabulary. You wait for 10 minutes before an employee acknowledges you, and they never have your order ready when you get there. Worst place ever. Happens every time i order from there. Would not recommen this place. STAY AWAY

Ordered online. At 5 pm For a 5 30 pickup. Just a chicken and string beans. At 6 10 I was still standing at the register waiting. Meanwhile for the dine In orders. Chicken and string bean orders were being filled. Food tasted great when I finally got it.
