First time visiting this location and overall it was good. The staff was friendly and nice. We were promptly greeted and helped with our order, we paid and sat to enjoy our meal. The lobby could have been cleaned better, our table and some of the other tables needed to be wilted down, and the lemonade was lacking in the flavor department. Overall I would recommend this location and would visit again.

It was unfortunate I had this experience today. I have been to this location several times and have never had an issue, but today I was served stale taco shells. They tried to give me newer ones but they too were stale. Also the dressing seem to of been off. I’m not sure if chipotle changed the recipe, but it did not taste like their traditional vinaigrette dressing, even the color was off.

Hmmm as much as I love Chipotle, I’m not a fan of this location particularly. Not only was my online order not ready when I arrived, the food was extremely bland! The flavor was absolutely nothing like what I’m used to from my usual Pleasant Hill location. I know each location is different but I assumed the recipe would be the same I guess.

this was the worst experience I have ever had at this place. They are open to 11pm. However, at 945pm, there was a sign in the door saying online orders only. So ok, that’s fine. I will just get on the app and order my food. So,I get the notification that my food is ready, so I go to the door to pick it up. Go figure, it’s locked, and everyone is just walking around ignoring the customers as if we are not there. I see my did seating on the counter, but no one is acknowledging me at all. It was 10 minutes before someone decided to come open the door and give me my order. oh, but it gets better. I immediately noticein missing a drink, and the young man goes back and forth with me about the drink I’m missing. And it gets better. I leave thinking everything is in the bag. My daughter starts to go through the bag to check it and notice that we are missing, not one but both bags of chips that were ordered. So, for a $60 order, I’m really not happy with this experience at all.

It was a nice, clean place. But the staff seemed like they were having a bad day. One of the staff had a frown on her face. They didn’t add things that we asked for on our burritos/bowls. She also didn’t wrap my burrito well and it fell apart as I was eating it.
