Placed an online order to pick up through the drive thru. Online order is payed for and accepted. Then, we arrive, no answer at the drive thru, no one even acknowledged us from inside. Another car told us they were closed yet were supposed to be open for at least another 45 minutes or so. Our refund took 3 days to get back for food we never even saw. Won’t be returning to this location. Hadn’t been to any store in over a year because they all seem to have this problem, along with terrible service and no set store hours. Order at your own risk.

Pulled up a few minutes ago to grab a bite to eat, and the line was a little long, which was understandable and no problem. The problem was the woman taking orders . She could be heard yelling at customers through the speaker, very rude, unprofessional and impatient. I just ended up leaving, along with about 4 or 5 other cars . Burger King get better people to represent your establishments. There is no reason for your employees to speak to paying customers in this manner. , and I’m sure everyone will agree.

I would not be going back to this Burger King the service is bad the people working there didn’t even care to say hi or to ask anything but what I wanted when I was gonna get my order they was talking rude to me and when I asked for salsa they said they would only give me one because I would have to pay extra don’t get me wrong I like Burger King but I don’t recommend going to this one and the food has a bad taste and when I got there I saw a customer complaining about the food that how bad the service is there they need to change the workers there put people that have a good attitude and that would make you go back.

Person talking to me for the drive through was sitting at a table in the dining area. I was also informed at 9pm that the store was only accepting door dash orders in the drive through. I believe the hours of operation need correction on google if this is true.

The lady at the drive through will ask you if you said bacon and sausage for your croissant knowing you clearly said bacon and ham and then she will intentionally give you the wrong one. Just make sure to check you’re good before you leave that would have really ruined my day showing up to work with something I didn’t order. I just feel like I deserve what I’m paying for and if you choose to work here then you should be willing to complete your job correctly in a timely manner.

Tried to dine in for breakfast this morning. Arrived, the doors were locked. There was no signage on the doors, and even their hours of operation show that the dining room should be open. It really bothers me that an employee can arbitrarily decide to close the dining room just because they want to. If staffings an issue, hire more people. I cannot recommend this place. I highly suggest you look for a different location.

This place ive came twice and left twice I sat at the drive through always with just one car in the already ordered ahead line and im trying to order for about 15 min it takes forever not even McDonald’s and they can have a full lines of care idk what they workers be doing maybe sleeping but idk how this place is still open in this location this should be replaced by a fancy restaurant !

With employees like these, the food can’t be safe. I have never experienced such foolery, even at a fast food place. We were delivering for Door Dash and they made us wait 40 min for the food while we witnessed (twice) them inside playing around, on their phones, outside smoking, making themselves bags of to-go food. And handling the food after all of this without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Simple orders they struggled with getting right. There had to be at least 8 cars that ended up leaving because of this. Just a bad look all around. I wouldn’t hire these people to clean my shoes let alone work with food and customers.
