Was cursed at multiple times by an employee. At first I wasn’t aware he was even talking to me. He began shouting expletives, throwing things and stormed off the line. The other employees acted afraid and just ignored him. He went into the restroom and continued to shout curse words. A young (10) boy ran from the restroom. Food is great. Atmosphere not so much.

Had the Smokin Triple Stack. Smoked Brisket, Smoked Turkey, Smoked ham, with BBQ sauce. Delicious sandwich! Service was great fast and staff was friendly and accommodating. Very clean restaurant pleasing atmosphere. Would certainly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the mood for a great sandwich.

Food was good, but I came in with a togo order and it took 30 minutes and they only had one order in front out mine. They had the sandwiches done in like 10, told me the food was ready then realized they didn’t make the mac and cheese I had already paid for. They started to make it and then I watched all of them disappear one by one in the back with the rest of my food just forgotten about. I literately almost said screw it and just left, but hey once they realized why I was still waiting they gave me two free cookies at least to make up for the now cold food to go with the burnt mac and cheese. This place is not what it used to be when it opened on 153, very disappointed.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at any Firehouse I’ve ever been to, so today was a first. We were not greeted in any way at the door or at the counter. I had to greet the cashier myself to get her attention. From the front door to the restrooms, there are colorful, passive aggressive homemade signs every few feet that instruct you what you should and should not be doing. I was afraid to breathe the wrong way. I tried 3 different sodas from the machine and did not find one that tasted of anything but carbonation. I’m giving 2 stars because the food itself was good. We will not be back to this location.

Firehouse is different from most sub sandwiches because they use steamers for the meats makes a big difference in taste. But expect to pay a little more. Little on the pricey side. Highly recommend the engineer or the brisket and cheese

Everytime that I have ordered from here they are very stingy with the meat. I understand that things have gone up, however, the prices they make do not justify getting more bread in each bite than meat. I will eat at Jersey Mike’s where they are more generous with meat portions for about the same price.

They told us it would be over 30 minutes to get a sub because they only had 2 sandwich makers. There were at least 4 employees behind the counter and only one table in the restraunt already eating food. It was not busy at all. Never eat at that firehouse subs again.

The mobile app crashed twice, after I entered my order and payment information. I asked for the Italian dressing on the side. I didn’t get my dressing at all. I had to place my order at the restaurant, since the app crashed, it took about 15 minutes for me to get 1 sandwich. I was the only one in the restaurant. Horrible staff not caring about the customer. They should all be fired. I recommend closing the restaurant if you don’t care about serving the customer.
