Went for lunch. Thought we would have the salad and pizza buffet. There were 2 other couples in the restaurant and 4 dirty tables. The buffet had pizza that was at least 30 minutes old and there were only 3 choices. There were no desert sticks and although there were bread sticks, no marinara sauce. The salad bar needed to be restocked and the lettuce had quite alot of brown pieces in it. We were seated and then didn’t see our server again. Someone else came and checked on us, said they would refresh our drinks and bring us more napkins, never saw her again either. Finished up, didn’t bother with seconds as there had been nothing fresh added and paid at the register. Very disappointed and wondering what happened to customer service.

Since losing our PHut to inflation and unpopular food, and having to drive to another city 15 to 20 miles just to get a bad experience and un-edible food isn’t worth it anymore. Store bought frozen pizza is the only affordable means of having a good experience and a satisfying dinner anymore.

Everything was absolutely delicious!! The sauce was definitely on point with this order. I also appreciated them having a backup pop for me. I had missed their original call to ask me what else I would like instead of Dr.Pepper. I was unable to get to the phone but they brought out 2 choices instead of waiting for a call back. They made a great decision! I know they could of just as easily refunded it but instead found a happy solution for me!

My husband went to pick up my pizza around 9:20/9:30 PM last night. We selected pick up purposely because we knew they were going to be closing at 10. Initially they gave him someone else’s order so he had to turn around and drive back. Then they attempt to re-make my pizza and STILL it was wrong. By the time I realized and tried to call again, they were closed. I understand we ordered close to closing but there’s just no excuse for giving us the wrong pizza not once, but twice.

Ordered my pizzas and asked for green olives and black olives. Ordered a spicy pepperoni along with a side of anchovies and 4 sides of marinara sauce for 3 large pizzas. Once home they have no green olives and no anchovies. Called in and said they didn’t offer any of those options, why would they say they can do it and put it on my order and then no actually have it? The manager Earl there did not offer any help and said he can remake the pizzas the wrong way again and not refund it. Pretty sure they are going to spit in my new wrong pizzas.

The pizza was made very good. The toppings were evenly spread out and there were just the correct portions of each of the toppings. We get carry out there often. But I would like to see the lobby open. Workers are nice and polite. Pizza was made quickly also.

Every time I order pizza it is through the app. In the past Iv had them just not deliver my pizza or even call me after placing an order and tell me their driver called in sick and they don’t have any way of delivering my food. Today I ordered a sandwich with Cajun fries. When I received my food I got a bag of Lays chips instead of the Cajun fries. When I called to resolve this issue someone told me “our fryers are down and I’m not sure how you were even able to order the fries”. Instead of correcting the error, they refused to acknowledge the problem and told me “both are sides and cost the exact same amount”. They refused to understand that I didn’t order chips, I ordered fries. I would like a manager to reach out to me to resolve the issue.
