The staff inside this fine establishment were extremely cordial as well as efficient. I tried the new chicken carnitas meat inside a burrito. I also chose hot salsa, corn, brown rice, guacamole, lettuce & white cheese. On the side, I scored some chips with cheese sauce. I will definitely order both again.

Before I start, I just want to say that personally I RARELY go out of my way to leave feedback like this. But it’s gotten so bad and after reading numerous recent comments from people that are apparently having the same issue(s) as me I feel a bit more compelled to share my experience. I’m assuming this woman is fairly new because I started seeing her at this location not long ago, and the few times I’ve interacted with her it’s been pretty awful. I hate to make an assumption like this but I kinda figured she might just be high, or amped up on caffeine perhaps who knows.. regardless, she’s very rude. There was literally no one behind me and I felt rushed, while she appeared visibly irritated that I was deciding what exactly I was getting/paying for. I also had another issue many others are bringing up, they were low on a lot of the ingredients and her excuses as to why I couldn’t have them were ridiculous. I even said I don’t mind waiting but I guess it was too big of an ordeal for her to handle. Before paying she asked if there was anything else I needed and I asked for a cup of water. She told me, “Just say water.” As if she was frustrated that I said cup of water instead. I didn’t even know how to respond to her and I’m the last person that wants to cause a scene or even argue with someone in the slightest bit. I often am too passive in situations especially like this. I honestly feel stupid coming back at this point.

The manager was very unprofessional and rude. We came in at 9:20 and they close at 10. Apparently they were out of food and only taking online orders. This was fine, but they way she told us was extremely rude. After cussing to her coworkers, she let us know the situation. Apparently she wasn’t in a good mood lol

If your issue is with the management the best way to get ahold of Chipotle is through the customer service portal on the corporate website. I don’t think they check the google reviews very often.

By far the worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle! I nearly walked out for the first time in years! Service was terrible and the server had a terrible attitude and was scraping the pan for my burrito toppings because they didn’t want to wait til they had more made. So she planned to give me half a burrito instead of waiting til more food arrived to give me a regular sized one! The attitude is what got me most, never had this before and I’ve come to this place multiple times before

Worst experience ever, I have never been to such a bad chipotle restaurant before but this one tops it, the manger who I forgot her name barely served me any food and gave my friends and I dirty looks after we walked in. She looked lazy and didn’t have the right attitude. She also told one of her workers “shouldn’t we be closing by now” when it was only 8:30 when they close at 10. The worst. I was told to ask for Marcos because he is nice and welcoming and actually serves a decent amount but don’t know his schedule.

Danielle was extremely rude, almost impatient as if I was taking up her time when I was one of two customers at the time. She has been condescending in my recent visits, and I know I’m not the only one as I have heard and seen other people’s experiences with her. If she doesn’t like customers it really makes you wonder why she works here.
