Staff was super nice gave me a free brownie for it being my first time there. I ordered a 8 piece bone in combo. Let me tell you how hard these wings where I got home excited to try a new wing place but the wings was as hard as a brick I’m talking tough overcooked to the max. I’d advise to get some cooks that atleast know how to not overlook a simple wing!!

Went in with my immediate family and spent $44 dollars on food. Been to Wingstop other times, so we know how it’s supposed to be. After arriving, during our ordering process we were told that they had ran out of their ranch, which is a big problem for a restaurant that primarily sells spicy wings. When we received our drink cups (we had to ask for them because the person who took our order did not give them to us), we were upset to discover that the freestyle machine was releasing colored carbonated water, rather than the actual sodas. This was true for every drink. This was not told to us during the ordering process, and it was obvious that the employees had no idea of this. Upon getting our food, it was revealed that my entire meal was absent except for my fries, which were not cooked as ordered (related to the ranch issue). After inquiring about this issue at the counter, I discovered that not only were my wings not rang up properly, neither were my fries. Following receiving my completed order, it was apparent that not only was my order not rang up correctly, it was also filled incorrectly, not matching my actual order OR the incorrect receipt. We started eating our food, and my family had ordered the lemon pepper rub. However, there was no lemon pepper rub present on the wings. In fact, there wasn’t any amount of breading or flavor on them. They were completely flavorless. In contrast, my chicken was hot and flavorful, even the dry rubbed pieces. However, the quality of my food is not an excuse for everything else that occurred during this visit. The fries were also cold and floppy upon receiving them. The employees that I asked for my food from acted very skeptical, as if I was trying to swindle them out of food, and scoured the receipt for an abnormal length of time. It is safe to say that my family and I will not be returning to this location any time soon.

This was not as good as I expected. We ordered online for pickup. Once the order was placed, the website said it would be ready in 16-20 minutes. We arrived in about 12 minutes (a few minutes before the earliest it might be ready), but had to wait more than 20 minutes from then (over 30, maybe as much as 40 minutes from when the order was placed, which was far longer than we expected). They said this was because they wait until closer to pick up time to make the order. To their credit, it was made fresh, and hot when we left. It just took a long time. As someone who eats a lot of wings, often from Buffalo Wild Wings, I can’t help compare. I tried their mango habenro, Cajun, and Hickory smoked BBQ. The BBQ was hot for only being 2 out of 5 on their scale, but the MH and Cajun were mild for 4 out of 5 on their scale. And not as hot as MH from BW3. I described it to a friend as having a a narrower Scoville scale than BW3, but it starts a little higher on the scale than BW3 as well. I also felt the Cajun was more like a Buffalo sauce, and although hot enough, lacking in Cajun flavor. Overall, it was just meh. The wings took longer than expected, but were hot and fresh. The mild sauce was hotter than expected. The hot sauces was more mild than expected. The flavor of the Cajun sauce seemed to specifically lack Cajun flavor. I’m really not a fan of BW3 in Anderson, but even WingStop isn’t doing a great job of competing. 4 out of 5 because they were fresh, otherwise might be 3 or 3.5.

I know some people on here have some bad reviews but let me say this. I got their fried corn on the cob today and the chicken sandwich with hot honey rub and it was by far the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had from a fast food restaraunt. It was a big piece of chicken amazing flavor and crispy. Everything about it was awesome so hats off to whoever made it! And the corn on the cob with Cajun seasoning was awesome as well. Called to give them a compliment and the guy that answered was really cool and polite. So this is my positive review if you haven’t had the chicken sandwich and corn on the cob you gotta try them!

Well. 4 out of 6 flavors had no flavor. Presentation was sloppy ; 3different flavors smashed in to 1 big tin!!! Then they forgot Dad’s chicken strips so I had to drive all the way back across town… Which would kill any hope of getting fries with that , as if they weren’t stone cold & soggy ; (cuz they tape the steamy paper bags shut) by the time I got back to the house the 1st time!! The fountain was good & they did give me a free brownie tho & that brownie was !
