It all started in 1972, when owner Judy Waller opened her first U.S. Pizza Company in a burned out clock shop in Levy, AR. Armed with a unique recipe for thin crust pizza and an old fashioned stone hearth oven, U.S. Pizza embarked on a quarter-of-a-century journey that has done everything but dwindle.
Since we opened our first store in 1972, we’ve been making our thin crust pizza from scratch when you order it. And we still use stone hearth ovens. That’s one of the reasons our unique pizzas are worth the wait!

For the last year, I’ve ordered the large Supreme salad and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Over the last 3 weeks, I noticed the salads were skimpier and there wasn’t a lot of meat. I called and complained and was informed the new GM, Eric, has changed the size of the salads. Well Eric, this salad price should be updated to reflect the reduced amount I’m receiving. If this is supposed to be the large salad with only an ounce of meat on it, what does the regular look like? I guess I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.

This may be the most beautifully designed U.S. Pizza location in the southeast. HOWEVER- I can’t stress enough how poor my experience was. There were 3 tables seated before we walked in (10:30 ish am on a Sunday). Our server was either brutally hungover or high on opiates because he couldn’t open his eyes and not mumble. Needless to say- after 45 minutes (not kidding!) of not having our drinks freshened let alone our food brought- we approached the bar area and asked what the issue was. Was told VERBATIM from a cook, “ain’t my fault”. ♂️ Food came out about 6 minutes later burnt. Like 2015 Drama/Comedy starring Bradley Cooper “BURNT”. My thinking is they forgot the order and tried to make it fast OR they forgot to serve the food and reheated it since the food was cold but burnt and the underside of the pizza tray were cool to the touch. GM Eric, your team has no drive and no accountability. Maybe your presence would benefit, however upon reading recent reviews I bring some question into your judgement as well (see salads…yeesh) I manage multiple retail locations and there would be ZERO employees carrying themselves this way further at my businesses.

I went to have a good pizza with my family thinking the US pizza from Maumelle was the same as the one on Chenal in Little Rock, which is very good. We had to wait 30 minutes for our appetizer, bread sticks, and the place almost empty! We ordered half cheese pizza and half Hawaiian. The cheese pizza had mushrooms on it and it was spicy. My kid end up eating mostly the crackers that came with our salad. I would not go back!

Absolute , horrible service. Came in yesterday with my children sat in patio we immediately placed our drinks and appetizers. Appetizers took almost 30 minutes to be served . The food order we placed after an hour was still not served. The excuse was new kitchen staff and under staffed . However the table behind us that arrived at the same time got their food . A couple that I saw arrive after us, sat down ate and left, while we still waited for our food. My food never arrived after an hour and 15 ,we payed for our drinks and left. Horrible service. I do not buy the new crew and short staff story, if that was the case everyone would have waited over an hour for their food,,, …

Food was very good except onions were not cooked, service was as good as it could be with very very limited staff. One waitress can not serve customers efficiently, I assume kitchen staff was limited as well. I see no excuse for not having dining room covered , servers do not get paid their worth from employers and its difficult to provide service when you are serving entire dining room. We will return and hope there are enough staff on schedule to attend to customers.

Food took awhile and was warm, server was great and friendly! However, we ordered a drink from the drink menu and we were charged more and when we asked the server to check on that, the manager told the server to tell us the menu changed last week and she would not change the price. Manager did not even try speaking to us! Not very good customer service.

My first visit was a disaster, I think it must have been an off day. This was my second visit to this location and was pleasantly surprised at how good it turned out to be. On this occasion the service was pleasant, efficient and all one could ask for. The food was well prepared, hot and tasty. The prices are moderate with a nicely varied menu. I would patronize this location again.

Do yourself a favor, DO NOT EAT HERE. Absolutely awful service. No host when we walked in. A cook sat us, then our waiter did not introduce his self. We waited a while for our waters and ordered no appetizers. Placed our entree orders after 10 minutes, waited over an hour for food. Waiter never came back to check on us, give an update or give refills. When asked, waiter and cook said it wasn’t their fault we had been waiting for over an hour. Very unhappy with the service. When the food FINALLY came, it was all burnt to a crisp and inedible. We asked for an update multiple times. After the second time, we witnessed our waiter go back to the computer and punch in an order.

Ignored for nearly an hour and half. Took drink orders after 20 minutes of sitting. Food order after 40 minutes of sitting. To get any refills, we had to find someone and still waited several minutes before being served. Food arrived 2 hours after sitting.
