The breakfast taco was so small and barely any food in it like a tablespoons worth. The sausage egg and cheese croissant was cold, and I had to reheat it in my microwave. The hash browns were meh, this place has fallen off

They put sprinkles on one of the donuts that they shouldn’t have, and there was a short hair in the croissant, and the cheese was not melted. My granddaughter didn’t want me to say anything about the hair, and she just took off the cheese and ate the croissant. We didn’t see the donuts until we got home. The drinks were awesome. Other than that, the service was awesome.

I am a frequent customer at this location and everyone is always nice and usually everything is correct. One thing I dislike is when ordering a toasted bagel with cream cheese they put the cream cheese separate on the side and not on the bagel this is really disapointing because most people are driving I cannot drive and put cream cheese on a bagel I want it on it. Lol I am a nice person and not typically a Karen but it makes me want to side in the drive thru and block it to take my time and slowly put cream cheese on my bagel since time was cut to just quickly cut corners and throw a cream cheese cup in the bag.

2 days in a row they got my order wrong. Today they made me a pumpkin latte instead of a caramel late. And when they re made my caramel latte it tasted terrible absolutely so flavor, very bad. And I was already late from waiting for the first one and have to wait for them to re make it.

I used the drive thru today and I noticed some of my order was missing. The girls working were very sweet. I had my missing items added at no cost. I appreciate being treated with kindness and honesty. It’s refreshing to see that not everyone has become jaded this past year. Thank you!

We just stopped for a couple donuts while out running errands. Not only was the service super slow by the time we got to the window the girl had to ask 3 times what kind of donuts we wanted. We ordered 3 chocolate iced donuts. They were just tossed into the bag and all the icing was stuck to the inside of the bag. I am not someone that normally leaves bad reviews as I have been in customer service 15+ years but this is the WORST I have ever seen.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Manager was throwing people out of the store because it was too busy. I had to cancel my order because I didn’t have an extra 30 minutes to wait for a breakfast sandwich. The manager yelled customers because they kept messing up the orders. Called corporate and they said they have had too many complaints about the store. The district manager contacted me and mailed me free coupons, a few weeks later figured I would give them another shot and was told the coupons were already used. That is simply not true. I will never go back, they lost a customer for life.

Went this morning to pick up a mobile order drink. When I got there there was alone wrapped around the building and my daughter asked to get a donut so I just decided to go in. I got the donut and asked the nice lady working the register if she could check on my mobile order since it was originally for drive through. When she asked, who looked like the manager(different colored collar shirt) the woman spoke down to the employee saying she didn’t have any walk in orders. I mentioned I decided to come in due to the line, the manger just glared at me and said with such an attitude “thats not how this works, next time order walk in”. It was so ridiculous, it was not a big deal at all? What’s the difference with me coming in compared to going through the drive through. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service at a Dunkin’ before.
