Dont listen to all these reviews, I was skeptical coming because all the reviews were bad. This location is great. The food was hot, and made to order. Seriously delicious. I ordered online for pick up, and it was super easy, walked right in and picked up off the rack. Before leaving i checked my order and everything was actually there?? super rare getting pick up orders from anywhere. Napkins, utensils, and straws in the bag. GIVE THESE PEOPLE RAISES!!!

We went through drive thru, and the employee said something to us in the speaker but we couldn’t understand what she said. Waited a long while with no responses to several “hello?’s” from us. So drive up to the window to order there thinking the speaker must be out and the employee got upset with us saying she told us to be patient. That there were only two people working and she is training someone. She wouldn’t let us order at the window. So we left. They lost our business. Very poor customer service. Why is there only two people working at the KFC in front of IKEA at 12:45pm on a Saturday??

Rude workers. Do they make it a point to hire people with no kind of soul? I just left the KFC in Canton and this rude boy taking orders in the drive through acted as if I was causing him problems by asking a simple question. I drove off and will not be there again. I cannot stand it when people are rude and ignorant. My money spends well everywhere, but I will not spend it there.

The chicken nuggets here were a little on the dry side. The fries were kinda cold and the biscuit was like a hockey puck. It’s a different experience at each KFC I’ve been to. Some locations, the food is piping hot, other locations….not so much. This wasn’t a stellar visit. The front counter guy wasn’t friendly at all and was rather aloof. They don’t ask if it’s “for here or to go” so the food is given to you in a bag. In the bag, there were no sauces and no napkins. Asking for condiments appeared to annoy the person who brought the food up to the counter. The tables had not been wiped down and there was dried sauce on the seat in the booth. What’s depressing to me is that KFC has really stepped up their game with the chicken nuggets. I mean, seriously, they are JUST AS GOOD, if not better as Chick-fil-A. It’s just a shame that customer experience is not on par with Chick-fil-A.

The worst experience I have had in any KFC, the customer service was horrible, the food was either over cooked or old. If one or the other would have been right I would maybe consider disregarding the other. But the fact that i waited 45 minutes for food that was not even good after paying 30.99 for it was very disappointing as a customer. I was waiting there for 30 minutes before I was even asked what I was waiting for. Turned over my receipt to the cashier who asked the manager where is this order, to which his responds was I dont know what order. She turned over the receipt to him and they started putting it together. About 15 minutes later had my food. And it was wrong I was so upset that I took what I could get and walked away and went home. Who ever owns this franchise needs to get it taken away as there staff is on cell phones listen to music rather than servicing the customer. They did not even apologize for my wait. And as you can see from the photos the food was not even enjoyable for me and my family. I will not return and I beg anyone considering going here, go else where and avoid this store like the plague.

I went to the drive up and ordered a 3 piece original thigh dinner with a diet Coke. The operator said something which I did not understand because I am deaf and use a Cochlear Implant. I told them again what I wanted and said I would come to the window. When I got to the window they said they could not ring my order up because they had already entered the order from the car behind me. They would not give me my food – I told the women I was going to tell KFC headquarters how rude they were to a deaf person and she laughed at me and said she didn’t care. Then to my shock I saw the same women take a return bag of food from an inside customer and put the chicken back in the trays where new orders will be filled. That is disgusting and unsafe food handling practices. I will never eat at a KFC again as long as I live.
