Cross contamination is a HUGE problem here! The employees DO NOT change their gloves for anything. If they pull out pickles or peppers, be prepared For your cookies to taste like that, too – they won’t use tongs. Don’t like mayonnaise? If the person before you got it, your sandwich will have it, too, as they don’t clean their knives between each sandwich. The ingredients are not well maintained and taste old (especially the meatballs). And don’t be surprised if they’re literally scraping the bottom of the container to complete your sandwich – which makes it taste even worse.

You might eat fresh at Subway, but they’re taking RUDE to a whole new level at this location. I’ve been going here on average about three times a week since January seeing I started working nearby. My boss (who has been frequenting this Subway for the last 10 years) and I went to eat at this Subway on Friday 9/22 and as usual we were sitting there eating our food, having a conversation and laughing. Apparently this was too much for the new employee who has been working there for about 3 weeks, as she took it upon herself to yell at us very rudely in front of all the customers because apparently we were being too loud for her. She was totally rude, totally loud, and completely out of line. As long as you have people like this working in your restaurant we will NEVER come back. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a restaurant employee.

Just got a sandwich here. I know there probably aren’t very many customers at this time, but I still expect fresh produce on my sandwich. Instead, all three veggies on my sandwich were rotting. I could tell by the taste and texture. I didn’t feel safe finishing my sandwich. Will not be returning.

I have been going to this Subway for a while now since I work in the same strip mall. I don’t particularly like Subway, but since it’s close I frequent this one. Last time I came I went back to work then a few minutes later I came back for a drink refill. After I filled it up the manager told me I had to pay for my refill. Considering I had just left I think they could have let it slide. On top of that I frequent that store enough that they could be a little understanding instead of accosting me to yell at me. I will never go to this Subway and possibly no other as a result. Besides, the staff there are rude and short with you.

Both store clerks where very lazy didn’t want to come bro behind there said behind the counter to help customers.Werent comprehending what was being told to them. Also spoke another language when asked not do to something to my orders. Then a lot of the sandwich necessities where old & starting to go bad they didn’t exchange any of them. Also the manager had a attitude because ther associates weren’t working or understand customers orders. Plus the manager kept dragging the sauce lids my spouses sandwich when she asked the manager not for it to touch the sandwich she didn’t it anyway.

Wow..Walked in and took forever for the subway lady to check out 1 person. I forgave that. The lady barely spoke any English and can barely understand her. She did a nice job making the sandwich but then she tried asking me a question 3 different times until I just said ” I want the sandwich only ” She then said never mind with an annoyed look on her face. I was able to decipher a little what she said. She wanted me to wait until she fixes the other guys sandwich before she takes her gloves off and accepts money for the sandwich. I could not believe that she wanted me to wait. She never had the guy in front of me wait until my sandwich was done. I was in there way to long. PLEASE SPEAK ENGLISH !!

As others have stated they don’t follow other subways with the slices of meat and cheese. When in the veggies it’s annoying when you ask for lettuce 5 times and they put a pinch on every time. It’s aggravating to say the least and definitely the worst subway I have been to. Go to the subway in the Wal-Mart and save yourself the hassle.

Service sucks. The two short Hispanic ladies that work M-F day shift are slow rude and act as if every add on will come directly out of there check. And you have to ask them to change their gloves when serving otherwise you be tasting meatball on your ham sandwich

Employee doesn’t have sense how to talk with the customers. They don’t update their menu untill customer ask for anything. I never face such kind of experience in any of subway store. This will be my last ever visit to subway.
