Walked in. Only one guy ahead of me and I didn’t know exactly which side to order from as guy ordering was pacing around the counter looking. After waiting, new customers came thru door and a lady asked them what they wanted when I clearly was ahead of them. I even tried asking, starring at her but with her mask she never looked back. I had over a $120 family order to purchase but after still watching her not even look at me or consider I’m there was disrespectful. She should be fired as being unaware, mindful and didn’t care. No food purchased but I did make a point go allow the guy cook in back and other lady up front working counter to know I was left unattended.l by standing there. I’ll never try going back to this location again. So disrespectful. Shame on them.

The food was great and my husband and I enjoyed the meal. But I was not impressed with how the worker handled our order. We had three coupons. Two of which didn’t include making a purchase and one that did include that we make a purchase. We were following the rules of the coupons. And the worker almost wasn’t going to let use them. He went and talked to his manager, which I do appreciate him checking. But the way he acted before that, I didn’t appreciate. He seemed like he wanted to fight against me using my coupons. Turned out he just had to run them in separate transactions. After we paid and sat down we noticed that the worker didn’t give us a fortune cookie or any napkins. There wasn’t any napkins out on the tables or by the drink machine.

2 years later. I’ve ordered from them a few times since but this seems to be a persistent problem. This new picture. I don’t know what happened to the first picture. My dish I order was supposed to have mushroom chicken with the sweet fire chicken and noodles. As you can see it’s missing. Same EXACT issue as the original review. I don’t understand. How hard is it to fill an order correctly? Down to 2 stars. Not sure if I will ever order from here again.

Don’t come here!!!! I went in asking for orange chicken, and they gave me shrimp which I am EXTREMELY ALLERGIC TO! When I came back to get my order fixed the girl was rude and not apologetic whatsoever. They didn’t offer any sort of gift card or anything, this could have been really bad and they did not care.

Bought 4 plates today . Noodles dry cut for some reason and absolutely no flavor. Barley any chicken and the teriyaki is all fat and disgusting noodles literally taste burnt this store has been slacking for a long time

Be sure to check your food before leaving the store. They completely left out broccoli beef. I don’t understand how you can forget something that says it right on the paper. If they didn’t have any they definitely made no effort to contact me very upset with this store. They are slow, so there’s no reason to be forgetting anything!
