I ordered a 4 pc Hot Honey Rub chicken tenders. When I received the tenders as I was eating them I noticed the tenders was completely RAW AND UNCOOKED! I called the store immediately to report the problem and the cashier was apologetic and asked if I could send her a pic and she can tell her higher manager! She said her name was Remeka. She called me back and said they would give me a refund and a new fully cooked order! When I arrived back at the location, they notified the in store manager at the time, she said her name was Nicole. She is the heavy set with dreads. She came to me and said no it’s one or the other! Very unsympathetic to the fact that her cook literally gave me RAW AND UNCOOKED chicken tenders and that I ate two of them. She was not trying to correct this serious situation where I could literally get sick from eating raw food. Her attitude was not very helpful and she wanted me to escalate the situation and have me report it as oppose to resolving this serious matter in store. She said remeka was not the manager on duty, she was! I explained to her that I ate two of the raw tenders and it was like she completely did not care. She said I can receive a refund or a remake of the order! I’ve been to high end restaurants where they would (COMP) ur food for situations like this and not make u still have to pay! This was extremely unprofessional and she had not desire to fix it. It was just 4 tender! I’m completely disgusted. No apology from her or anything. I can literally get salmonella poisoning from eating the tenders and she didn’t care! I told her give me the refund and her name and that I’m going to report it. She still didn’t care! She said her name was Nicole but idk if she was lying.

They took forever to hand the food to the delivery driver so he unassigned and I got another. Second driver waited even longer and once they got the food order the driver was here in 3 minutes. I got the food and fries were extremely cold and wings were warm, not hot. They took forever to make the order to not even give me hot food. Veggie portion was also small and celery was rotten. Hot honey was perfectly seasoned and seemed like it would’ve been perfectly crispy had they been fresh. The lemon pepper was under seasoned. Fantastic ranch though!

The staff is ignorant and rude, they refuse to give me fresh hot fries. The staff that refuse to change my fries said they look hot to her and that the manager was not going to change my fries for fresh ones. The manager was standing right in front of the ignorant staff and didn’t say nothing not even an apology for her staff rudeness. Horrible place food really bad, it complement the the bad attitude of the staff.

The attitudes of all the staff here are horrible, especially this woman. Ignoring customers while looking at their phones, being blatantly rude when they do decide to address customers, and just overall stank demeanors in the place. The fries taste like they were made in grease that needed to be changed 2 days ago. The chicken barely had any sauce or flavoring on them. DoorDash drivers were lined up out the door to get food because of the ignoring and attitudes of the staff mentioned above. Spend your dollars elsewhere unless you just prefer to deal with bad attitudes, mediocre food, and slow service.

I order 10pc boneless LP & Hawaiian. I asked not to put the paper inside. The manager decided she was going to do it anyway and then when I asked for the food to be put in the larger container she gave it to her subordinate to give to me and tell me to do it myself. The heavy set girl with the glasses and locs. Her disposition is mean and unwelcoming. As an HR manager, there is no way she would’ve received the position of authority when you lack interpersonal skills and DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW TO GREET PEOPLE PROPERLY‼️

the chicken was not cooked well. i can feel the skin of the chicken and it felt— well— raw. prickly with hair on it too and as for the fries, it was disappointing, they had sugar to my french fries i never tasted a fry that taste so disgustingly sweet and i had to threw them away. i’m not feeling so well either so whatever they’re doing behind the kitchen is making me sick.

We are here visiting and decided to order wings since we are from TX. Wing Stop is a familiar place. Our order was delayed by almost an hour, when it finally arrived, apparently we received someone else’s order and not ours. We proceeded to call the restaurant and received the absolute worst service from Nicole, who identified herself as the manager. She requested that we bring the food back, which was not an option as we do not have a vehicle as we are relying on car service while here and it was after 9pm. NEXT OPTION: she stated; we should contact Door Dash through their app and request a refund, this was also not an option as I am not a fan of Door dash and refuse to use their app. Appears this who wingstop contracts for delivery. I wished I would have known the delivery service option(s) before I place the order as I would have made a different choice for food.

I ordered wings on Tues and tonight,both times came no sauce at all.i called to talk to a manager to let them know.plain wings without no sauce is no good.i paid for my wings,not free.this girl got on the phone,I told her my name and she laughed and said she did not have to give it..was very rude,yelling and hung up on me.she said she was the manager…what kind of customer service do you have running that store? if i could give this place 0 stars, i would. i ordered ahead and still had to wait a total of about an hour for some food they couldnt even get right. they gave me attitude, the wrong fries AND NO RANCH. please do yourself a favor and go to the north miami wingstop. LETS SHUT THIS DOWN.
