This store is being ran by the Lord of the Flys, or the Lost Boys of Peter Pan! The service was that of a non verbal toddler and the food was made by Helen Keller. When we finally received our order 30min late the food was cold and the hamburgers looked like they had been cooked and recooked several times, I’ve attached photos for your viewing pleasure. When I called to request a refund the store manager Jake (who said his name was also Dray) was rude and incapable of solving even the simplest addition problem. He refused to provide the corporate number or the name of his GM! Good job Smash Burger!

Wow!!!! My friends warned me not to go here and I still went. I waited 30 minutes for my order and it was wrong. And they had to fix it. Also, don’t order tots. They don’t fill them to the top. You only get 16…. and I only got 11. Check your food when you go here. I wasn’t the only one there that had a messes up order.

We were surprised at how expensive it was to eat a single hamburger combo at this fast food restaurant, ($32 including tip for 2 people, no dessert)…. however we were also pleasantly surprised at how tasty the burgers were. We liked the fact that they were smaller burgers. My partner had a truffle mushroom burger and I opted for the bacon burger, with rosemary and garlic tater tots. It was all very good. The service was great too.

Waited over an hour for cold food and missing items. Burgers had sauce all over the outside of the buns. Dumped almost a cup of grease out of my chicken tenders container. Yuck. Staff was complaining and crying about other staff to customers. Witnessed 3 refunds while waiting for food.

Don’t bother. They’re always out of something vital. Previous two visits they had no drinks. Tonight they had no chicken. They’ve unsurprisingly been empty each time. Not sure if this is chain-wide problem or just this location but terrible management is running this place into the ground. I would be surprised if they’re in business by this time next year.

The burgers have gone downhill over the years since Smashburger opened. They had a great menu when they opened. Now, no more flavorful sauces, like the Chipotle mayo (replaced with boring plain mayo), no more soft buttery warm buns (replaced with cold buns that are barely warmed up) & you’ve greatly reduced the size, no more whole lettuce leaves (replaced with a few cut up strings of lettuce). Unflavorful burgers. Sad to see a chain that had something good going for it just slowly decline. Listen to your consumers. Please Go Back to all the great quality and tasteful food you had once upon a time & plz bring bsck the sauces!

I went to Smashburger, because I like to go to places where the food is usually always the same you know what you’re going to get you know it’s going to taste great. I went to the Smashburger in Peoria on Happy Valley and it took almost a half hour for me to get my food, and it was cold and burnt. I wish I would’ve checked it before I left the restaurant but I didn’t (I live five minutes away). What a huge disappointment. If the manager would like pictures I would be more than happy to share. The cheese on my burger was so burnt it was like ash. Oh also the salad was tossed in to different to go boxes.

The burger wasn’t that great but the onion rings were INCREDIBLE! The vibe was super awkward- there was no music playing, not many people there, and I felt like I had to whisper. I didn’t like my experience and think I could’ve done better.

This is the FIRST time I’ve ever given a negative review. This place has young, immature, irresponsible and the most disrespectful employees. We got the onion stack. The first order was filled with so much oil and cold. The 2nd order (after complaining) was just as disgusting. We could not eat them. After talking to the rudest waitress ever, nothing was done. We spoke to her and she informed us it was impossible to refund when they provided a second order. If I owned this franchise, I would certainly love to know what my employees are doing to ruin my restaurant. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER SPENDING A PENNY HERE!!!

Ran by kids who don’t know what they’re doing. They skimped on the Brussels and on one of the burgers, no lettuce, tomato, or smash sauce. Bacon is practically raw. This is the second time we’ve been here and now we will not make the same mistake again… I would rate no stars if I could but I can’t. And I won’t be back here if I didn’t get what I paid for…
