Greeted with non existing customer service, ordered a bacon king and got a hamburger with just meat and pickles. Drove home 30 mins away only to find out my order was incorrect when i unwrapped the burger. Seems to be a ongoing issue with the staff here, wonder if the owner even cares. 0/10.

Hardly go to this location but whenever my husband and I go something is always missing. Two weeks ago it was my chicken fries and this week my sundae pie was missing. This is the second time so I guess by now it’s our fault for not checking the bag before leaving. Also tried calling over a dozen times to their store phone but it’ll ring a few seconds then hangs up and gives me the busy tone. I don’t know what’s going on or who’s the manager in charge at the time but come on now, what happened to customer satisfaction.

Not sure what her name is but one employee and the others don’t pay attention at the drive through or front desk. They talk way to much and ignore everyone else. I once went inside, waited a solid 10 minutes right at the register. Manager and the same girl just talking like they were in high school again. I get it, making work fun is fine but damn don’t have you’re backs turned at the register and ignore you’re customers.

Horrible experience! You ask for sweet tea, “We don’t have any”. Diet Dr. Pepper? “We don’t have any”. Ice cream cone? “We don’t have any”. You ask for a certain burger “We’re not making that burger”. French fries are BLAND. Soda is FLAT. Customer service is MEDIOCRE at best. Worst of all, I FOUND A HAIR INSIDE MY BURGER! Disgusting. You cant even call and complain because their PHONE SOUNDS BUSY when you call. What a gross experience. This happened MAY 6, 2023 AROUND 10pm. Hopefully a manager will see this since I can’t get a hold of anyone.

Worst customer service ever from an older female with blonde hair and glasses that works there. As I’m ordering she’s asking in the worst mood and to top it off gets the whole order wrong. I specifically asked for a number one combo with cheese and a jalapeño and to drink a Dr. Pepper. What do they give me? When I get to the window that same female tells me there’s no Dr. Pepper or coke so I end up having to ask for sprite. Then I’m starting to leave and notice I don’t have the jalapeño which they charged me for so I go back. Then when I get home and start to get everything out notice what seems like a kids meal a small burger with nothing but meat inside no lettuce, no tomatoes, no pickles, no onions no nothing. Burger King keeps getting worse and worse. There burgers are good when they get the orders right but with the people they keep hiring people will prefer to go somewhere else. Never going back again they should just close them all down.

Terrible establishment. Worst Burger King ever. I ordered from this restaurant 3 days in a row; and all 3 times there were mistakes and/or unavailable menu items. Management is rude and unprofessional. You can tell that staff doesn’t want to work; the outside building lights are always off when it’s night time. Plus, they never answer the phone.

This location has horrible service. I go here because it is closer to where I live. In one occasion I was dining in and the employee gave our order to someone else. The latest was today May 24,2023. I went in to order to go. I believe I waited at least 30 minutes maybe more and I never got my order. The manager claims she called my number when I was literally standing there. Someone else took my order and she’s telling me I put it on the counter. I was like really . Either the store manager dosen’t care or they don’t know what’s going on at their restaurant.

My husband and I went to eat here last night 4/12/23 the lobby was disgustingly dirty burgers Buns tasted stale and where made very messy gross. I let them know the lobby was gross they said they didn’t clean it cuz they where almost closing in over 2hrs. Horrible customer service manager in duty looked so dirty was back there eating where they prep food with her purse on counter on phone instead of cleaning.
