Ordered a simple 3 topping pizza. It came without one of the toppings. I called and kindly asked if they would remake the pizza. I received the remade pizza with the 3 toppings plus a retaliatory amount of hot sauce added to the pizza. Absolutely unreal that a restaurant would do such a thing. Never again ordering from this place.

When I got there at my expected carryout time, my food was given away to another customer. The manager did little to show her concern over the situation, but I’m happy to report that she at least showed interest in a dog that came to her back door. Yes, a dog! The time and patience that should’ve been showed to a paying customer was instead given to a wandering canine, and I was left dumbfounded at the entire turn of events when I had to deal with a driver (nice guy) who was giving me the excuse that “she’s just having a bad day”. No need to make excuses, just give me my food that I ordered and I’ll be on my merry way. Do you know how to tell that your manager is unfit in their position? When it is obvious to his or her employees enough where they have to make excuses to the customers for their actions. This needs to be fixed and addressed promptly. I’m sure the health department would love to hear that dogs were being fed at this location.

They forgot my wings and when I called they said they were sold out. The Pizza tasted horrible and was the wrong crust. The only thing that was edible was the cheese sticks which they forgot at first so we had to wait for them to create them after the rest of our order has been done for some time

Absolutely worst service. I was having issues ordering online. I had to call 6 times to try to place my order, they kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me. On the 6th time, a woman answered, said “We’re closed” and hung up on me before I could even speak.

The last two times I e ordered here they have gotten something wrong. It’s really ridiculous. First time I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and they put Alfredo sauce Instead… ewwww. Second time I ordered the same barbecue chicken pizza no onion. They put so much onion I couldn’t even pick them off. I’m so annoyed at this point.

This is my favorite Pizza Hut. I always order cheese pizza and they make it with the right amount of sauce and cheese unlike the location near N Oak and 72nd. The manager is friendly and always provides good service
