Made a $70 order for me and my family the Chinese chicken wings that are supposedly deep-fried came and were white in colo did not smell like chicken definitely did not taste like chicken it tasted like all of the old oil that everything else is fried in sort of like french fry oil that needs to be changed three months ago. The deep fried prawns same the pot stickers same all of it tasted the same like old rancid oil. Tiffany who said they’re the manager took my call and I informed her I’d be reporting it because this joint will end up making people sick but I’ll bet nobody cares

We went into the T Room to get some drinks and celebrate my fiance’s birthday. We were ignored for 15 minutes. I said “hi” to both of the bartenders twice, and got no response. When I said it again, I said “how are you?” and the bartender just looked at me like what do you want. So I told her, she poured it and asked if we wanted to start a tab. We did, then she went back to ignoring us. After about 45 minutes we were trying to leave to go somewhere else, and I had to go find her just to pay. And after I found her and politely asked if we could pay, she still took another 6 minutes to come to the register. We were the only ones in there. And as she was cashing us out, she was complaining about other customers and her personal life and that’s very unprofessional. I understand that we deal with things, but that’s not what I want to see in a bartender, and I know because I am one. We were very disappointed.

Um, I’ve never met a more stuck-up (yet still busted) bartender. I watched her flagrantly disrespect several other customers. It’s too bad, because it’s got a good vibe and could be awesome – if it could only get some good employees.

I would have given “0” stars if it would let me. I just tried calling 4 times in a row to make sure my order was correct after placing an order online with Uber Eats. It was so loud that I couldn’t even talk to you to her, so she hung up on me every time. I understand it’s not her fault it’s so loud and very busy, is there no other way to take a phone order?? I had to literally scream into the phone, and she still couldn’t hear me. I hope my order is correct, how am I supposed to get through to them? I hope manager or employee sees this soon.

Ordered through Ubereats and it was the worst Asian food I’ve ever had. The sweet and sour chicken and cream cheese puffs had one flavor and it was the bitter after taste of grease. They should change the grease in their deep fryer for tastebids sake! The beef in the lo mein was all fat and a very light gray color (I doubt that was real beef). The fortune cookie was the only thing with flavor.
