Absolutely disappointed I’ve been coming to this location for over 15 years and I’ve never encountered an issue like this before. I have three children ages 15, 5 and 3 years old. I’ve been participating in the pizza book it program for several years and have never had an issue with redeeming the free personal child pizza until now. Just last month we redeemed three coupons for free personal pizzas for my children. However, today when I tried to redeem the three coupons received for completing the program in July, I was told that we cannot redeem the coupons without the children present and it’s been a new policy at the store. However, that was not required or said at all when we picked up last month. The supposed general manager that I was speaking to says that it is a store preference and not a guideline or requirement for the program or from Pizza Hut themselves. Very disappointed and a huge inconvenience of a preference, and not even a guideline by the program that we are participating in.

We ordered two pizzas and one was correct. The other being just a pepperoni and when we opened the box, it was a stuffed crust mushroom. I also ordered online and it was still 10 minutes late.

I shared some details with the store in their review. This review isn’t to beat them up. The pizza lacked flavor and was very dry. The dough seemed old. The temperature was less then warm when we go home from picking it up. We live 5 to 6 minutes from the store. The flavor or the Philly Cheese Steak was good but the bread was flaky on top and to the bottom was stuck the box so it was a bit messy. The Green peppers were hard as well. The staff was nice. It’s always a pleasure to see Scott, he’s been there 20 years, a very great driver and approachable while inside the store. Overall the experience was good but the food lacked this time around.

Placed an order in the app with total of $19.41 my bank was charged the next day $21.41. So naturally I call and spoke to the general manager who says she can’t give me a refund for the $2 extra but can add it to my account as “credit towards next purchase”. If no tip was added why the hell would I add a tip when the delivery driver is in front of me?? My boyfriend had signed for the pizza and didn’t cross anything out so partly on him. But the driver added $2 to my total and nothing can be done about it, that’s theft! The general manager is claiming that since the writing is in the same color pen (obviously its the drivers pen) and looks “similar” she wont do anything. I’m not going to go broke over $2 but if it’s not authorized then I 100% care.

Good food during my visit, but learned that Pizza Hut has become stingy on the hot pepper flakes as they would not give me any packets. They wanted me to buy a whole shaker that I didn’t really need. Not the staff or locations fault.

We received completely raw pizza last night. Not just undercooked, but raw. I drove them back to the store and when the manager came out he tried to blame the undercooked pizza on having too many toppings, despite both pizzas being menu items (a supreme and a pepperoni). When I asked to be reimbursed for the delivery fee the manager didn’t know how to do that and ended up on the phone with a gm who said I could either have the refund or the replacemrnt pizzas. I took the refund. In the meantime, the teenager behind the counter was behaving like a child who had never been taught manners, rolling her eyes and laughing out loud throughout the process. The poor manager was equally defensive and dismissive of my concerns and was obviously being led and manipulated as much by the teenager as he was the gm on the phone. While this was going on another customer walked in to return two pizzas that had been made incorrectly. I would be really angry about how I was treated last night, but the whole thing was truly comical. Considering other recent reviews, including one that was entered last night, and another in which the staff had a kitten on the counter feeding it pizza while they served customers their food, I realize that the store is just truly suffering under poor management and improperly trained staff. It’s a shame, but while we live in this area, pizza hut will no longer be an option for delivery for us. I sat in the parking lot of the store last night and placed a Marco’s order I arrived at the location ten minutes later and my pizzas were just coming out of the oven. I only saw a few employees in the store, yet they had people in the dining room and were able to make fresh pizzas in minutes, then hand them to me with a smile. See? It CAN be done.

Ok so i just had the worst experience at pizza hut .. I ordered online when i got to the pizza hut, a lady was leaving as i coming in . The cashier didn’t even greet me without looking up she says “Ill be with you in one moment ..she was counting her drawl and another employee was standing next to her with his back facing me on his phone , the cashier was counting her drawl and kept messing up bc she rushing because her ride was outside after me standing there for about 2 minutes, she was ready i told her my name she gave me food and change no customer service and she was damn best beat out the door. ! Sad i normally tip 2 when i get a carry out. Not this time. MY FIRST AND ONLY TIME Coming here

Very very bad service, i don’t even want to give 1 star but no other options. I ordered a pizza for my daughter, she was like crying and annoying for pizza, so i ordered it and estimated time was 35 min but after 35 min i didn’t get any updates and then i called and they said they are running behind and don’t have drivers at that moment, so it will take another 1 hour to deliver it to ur home, but my daughter was so cranky and crying, so she couldn’t wait for another hour so i had to pick up pizza. If they were running behind for another one hour they should have told me before so she wouldn’t had to bother an 1 hour for pizza. I wouldn’t prefer pizza hut for future orders.
