In the past I’ve never had a problem here but my experience today has ruined Sbarro for me. The older lady working there, I’m assuming a manager because the young man at the register was asking her questions, was the rudest person I have ever met. She was talking down to the young man at the register and you could tell the young man at the register was scared of her. The older lady also did not get all of the food I requested and given it seemed she was having a very bad day I didn’t question it. The food was also completely falling apart. By the time the older lady took it out of the oven the cheese had slid ¾ of the way off of two pieces of pizza. And let’s not forget that they did not have any trays so I, one person, had to carry 4 pieces of pizza on 4 different plates WITH 2 drinks to a table by myself. Frankly the older lady ruined my appetite before I even reached the table so the cheeseless, crushed from stacking plates pizza didn’t matter at that point. Terrible experience! Don’t recommend!

Got a slice of cheese pizza worker was very friendly when we bought it. Sat down and the bottom of it was burnt. Not completely black but very dark and burnt enough to taste it. I tried to go get a different slice and he told me that all the other pizzas would be like that too and that it was normal for them to serve burnt pizza. He was a bit sarcastic about the situation, and clearly did not want to deal with it so I kept the slice and wrote this review. Would have been completely OK with everything had he even attempted to resolve the situation. What the heck happened to customer service!?

I usually don’t do this, but when it is bad, it is real bad. Went to Sbarro today at the mall. Gal was a hot (messed up?) Mess, she went into the stock room when I walked up, I could see her back there drinking water, when she came back, she did not wash her hands, and she wiped her mouth with both sides of her hand and then asked me what I wanted, I told her, and she put my pizza in the oven. While I was waiting, she was looking at the breadsticks and she reached onto one of them, with her bare grimy fingers and picks something off of it, I said, well, I guess you need to throw that one away, she says, it is not a real hair, it is a (and I couldn’t understand what she said then). Ugh, she did not throw it away! Then we get to there to pay and she rolled her eyes that I asked her to put my pizza in a box to go, acted like it was a bother that I was even there.. I sure that I could think of more that was wrong with this small amount of time that I was there, but for now, I will end this, BUT, I am still sour about it!! Oh, and bless whomever bit her fingernail crud off that breadstick, I worry about your health from this second forward. P.S. I wish I could do half a star!

Pizza tasted freezer burnt. Toppings were NOT fresh. Peppers and mushrooms were slimy, and dough was undercooked. It’s a shame to have to throw an entire XL pizza in the trash, but I wasn’t risking it. I’ve been to several Sbarro restaurants all over the country. It’s normally a great place. But best to avoid this location.

Love their food, but staff has no interest in taking orders. Walked up at 11:10am and was told “they arent open” even though they opened at 11am. Oh well, I can spend my money where its wanted.

So we ordered an XL NY style pizza for our dinner 40-45 minutes before this location was supposed close. We then get a notification 40 minutes later, after waiting, that our order was canceled. So not only was our time wasted but a delivery driver showed up to the store for pick up and was met with a cancelled order. A business should not accept orders after a certain time if they cannot meet the time frame.

The pizza is really good and they have a lovely staff. Sometimes if you order ahead and it says it’s ready it’ll be an extra 5-10 minutes

Worked here for quite some time. Quit today. Two years under my belt here, and one thing I can tell you is that it is absolutely absurd the amount of abuse you are expected to take from management. You will be shoved, yelled at, and cussed on the regular. I tried to have something done about it multiple times, only for the general manager, Scott Tracey, to downplay problems going on with assistant manager, Elizabeth Jenkins. She will shove, push, and yell at workers as well as customers. This company’s location used to be golden, but as time has passed, standards have dropped, and management has obviously forgotten morality. Along with the abuse you are expected to take, the food itself is left to get old, the salad to collect mold, and customers left to wait for 30 minutes for pizzas when work is short. Absolutely absurd. Anyone who is thinking about eating, working, or stopping by here, be warned. This location is not what it used to be.
