The Food and the service was great. The food is cooked to order so you have to wait on your food some meals take longer depends on what you order. But it’s clean neat, plays music videos while you wait and the food comes like the picture and the flavor is definitely flavoring.

The food overall is always great always on point. But the customer service here is TERRIBLEEEEE. When they answer the phone they don’t give no introduction or say hello they just answer and all I’m hearing is breathing until I say “Hello?” Also I wanted to speak to management about the prices but every time I ask for him he’s “never there “. I order the same thing every time but the total changes each time why is that ? This is the closest location to me so I always go here .

Worst customer service have ever experienced in my entire existence. Employees are very disrespectful, I had to ask for a refund for a 60 piece after waiting for an hour. Customers came in and out with food, and I kept getting told you ordered a 60 piece and It takes time to make, well does the other 200+ wings ordered after mine just not get cooked then? Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere……why is 0 stars not an option? They don’t deserve the 1 they are getting.

Ordered Philly steak and french fries online, I live 2 miles from this location and drove directly there after ordering, the food was ready and waiting when i walked in, which was a little surprising since it had only been 10 minutes from the time i ordered, but i was glad. The sandwich was the worst philly sandwich i have ever tried to eat, the meat was dry the bread and the cheese were hard and dry, there is no way this was cooked to order. Will never go back to this location.

This was the most terrible experience ever, first it took ten or minutes for someone to even take our order, second the philly cheese steak was disgusting the meat was hard and the whole sandwich was dry the fries was cold and also nasty. I will never revisit this location ever again.
