Ordered a 12 piece only to have 5 big pieces hiding the small nugs under, that should have been free or thrown away. Not only janky chicken but they shorted me 2 pieces and at their prices that’s like $10. Go to any other one.

My mom went inside today 8/2/23 around 5:45 pm at the Burton, Belsay Rd location to get our food because the drive thru was busy. It was busy inside too and they only had one girl taking orders inside who was supposedly the manager too and she didn’t get my mom’s whole order taken and only gave her part of the order, my mom was in there waiting for almost an HOUR and never got the rest of our food or drinks. She asked the girl where the rest of her food was and the girl said she didn’t even place the order!! After my mom had to tell her our order several times! She was tired of waiting so she left. No apology or refund. Mom didn’t want to wait any longer after being there an hour. Who knows how long it would’ve taken for the rest of our food! They seemed more concerned about the drive thru and online orders than the customers inside. They don’t know what they are doing and have way too much on their plate and not enough workers. We’ve never ever waited that long for food anywhere! Get it together KFC!

Horrible beyond belief. As seen in photo, the food was old and should have been thrown away rather than served. No inside dining so we asked for silverware and napkins and were told they did not have any. We had to go to a nearby dollar store to purchase some. If this is as good as this restaurant could do, it should have just closed.

The girl working front counter was so annoyed by anyone ordering food or if anyone needed any help. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was quite rude. She was also taking my order and drive thru at the same time. Talking to both of us at the same time. It was very difficult to know what questions she was asking me and not the other customer. Based on her customer service alone, we will not be back.

I originally got an 8pc Bucket Meal and it was missing a piece of chicken and the chicken was soggy, a greasy ball of mess and not really edible. However, I called back in and spoke to the store manager Darron, and he was understanding and friendly, he offered to replace my family meal for me on my next visit, which I did today. The replacement meal has to be the best I’ve ever had from any KFC, the chicken was fresh, crunchy and tasty. The biscuits were fluffy, warm and hot. The mashed and coleslaw were also very good. It’s clear that Darron takes good care of this store and I am glad that he took good care of me as a customer there. I don’t eat KFC often, and this particular KFC has been hit or miss for me over the past 10 years or so, but managers like Darron are the reason I will keep coming back. Customer service is 5 stars for sure.

I made an order on the KFC app. for the $10 8 piece chicken YESTERDAY. When I got there, I had to wait 30 mins. So I kinda angry and went to the counter to inquire about my order. The girl behind the counter didn’t know anything about it. She went the the back and brought some guy with her. He never introduced himself as a manager or the clean up guy. He had no position on his name badge. He looked on the register and the job board looking for my order. Of course, he didn’t find it and told me that so, there was nothing he could/or do about. I said. So my credit card Is floating around in their app for any one to use. He was very rude and no help at all.

Haven’t eaten fast food in months, was really wanting some mashed potatoes and gravy. Until I seen a bug, mid bite! So gross! I don’t think it’s hard to change out gravy is it?
