Such poor customer service!!! If there were a -5 rating I would use it today to rate the unpleasant experience I had with the employees at the “drive through” line. There’s no consistency in their instructions! They send 5 orders to the “pick up” window at the same time and all people wanting to pick up their food end up crashing their cars at one another… And the orders are not even ready. It’s ridiculous!!! To add to that, if you try to address those concerns with the manager behind the counter, they don’t make the slightest effort to listen to you. They are really rude and dismissive!!! Definitely not a good way to start off your day

This location needs more help and better service!! I was picking up an order and had been waiting for about 6 mins when I tried to get some assistance. I was ignored and had to raise my voice to get a manager’s attention. The bag was sitting in plain view of me ready but there was no one to serve it. There were 2 other customers waiting with no workers in the front or visible except for the kitchen staff.

Experienced absolutely the worse service (or very little) today. As I came into the lobby standing in front of their registers, I literally waited 10 min. watching several employees walk pass me not acknowledging that I haven’t been waited on. Finally, I had to speak up to someone by the kitchen area and ask if there’s anyone that can take my order is when I finally was able to place my order. This not acceptable especially when there was no one else in line. I’m hoping someone from management will read this and improve the customer service in this location. This isn’t the 1st time something similar happened here, seems ever since they did their remodel at this location is when I noticed the poor customer service.

Yea it’s a NO for me stood at the front waiting for order to be taken that took about 7 minutes and now I’m waiting on the most simplest order in the world done been to the bathroom and all and still the order not ready they are very slow here I’ve seen turtles move faster

Service horrible, food was cold. I made a drive thru order and had to go back inside to get an item that was ordered but not included. Was ignored at counter until I spoke up. Was given a large order in a small bag, and asked for a larger bag, which again was ignored.

where to begin? Be it the undercooked fries, the rude staff, the crew members, who look like they would want to be anywhere else, or is it the area to the left of the cashier that seems to just be where crewmember children spend all of their days. Today they were screaming and yelling the entire time, not much for the atmosphere the restaurant. Never seen a fast food staff who cares less about their jobs, and that’s saying something.
