Waited 15 minutes while she waited on 2 people only to find out they had only 1 type of bread, no Nachos, most the bins were empty and it’s 6:30 in the evening. The lady was very nice but clearly over worked. What a waste of my time. Thanks for nothing, heading to the Dennys across the street where they will at least have bread.

Terrible service. One lady on the phone, zero customers eating or in line, one young boy working who obviously was very new. I asked for a 12″ cold cut combo, the boy looked confused, the lady on phone said ” we don’t have cold cut combos” just 3 kinds of bologna. I was like ” really? you used to have them, well can you not put a couple slices of turkey on it then? She tells the boy to charge me for 12″ with extra for the “premium meats”. Ha! He rang it up & it was $13.69! They used to be $5 ( obviously I haven’t been. To Subway for years and now will never go back). I looked up at the menu above register and said ” right there it says cold cut combo”! I asked what the 3 different prices were for, so the lady (back on phone) says “I’m on the phone with my boss”. OMG I’m pretty sure THE BOSS would want you to take care of the customers first. Rude, ridiculous and uncalled for. Nope won’t be back.

This Subway is staffed by rude and impatient people. They couldn’t figure out how to input a subway e-gift card. Somehow, when they keep calling it a coupon and you try and correct them to tell them that it is a gift card, thinking that may help them key it in better, they then claim you as the customer to be rude. Incompetence reigns supreme at this location. Recommend going elsewhere.

Ordered online and food wasn’t ready. Ever sub was made incorrectly without exaggeration. Items paid extra for were not included. They were out of one item. They kept leaving behind the counter and bringing me the receipt to ask questions. The only thing they made correctly was the cookies and they initially forgot them as well.

Ordered 45 minutes ahead of time was 5 minutes past my pick up time food was not ready. Was told they were out of some items and then guy went in back to not only bring the items out. Guess he didn’t want to walk back there to get them. Needless to say from placing order to walking g out with order was over an hour. I will not go to this subway again I will go to the ine in Westover before I drop a dime of my hard earned money here again.

Yesterday I placed an order through the website. For pickup at 6:15pm. I got there around 6:10 waited 30 mins. And never got my order. That’s my entire lunch break I wasted. So this morning after asking for a refund. I talked to a manager of some sorts. Who convinced me to give them another shot to make it right, today. And the same outcome happened. I am done going to this location.

On August 16 2022 my daughter 9 years old wanted a sub we waited in line for at least 6 min 4 ladies that was sitting in the corner that worked for Walmart said you have to scream for them to come out well this lady came out had her cell phone in her hand talking walked over laid it on the cutting boards and was going to put gloves on and make my daughters sub I simply said wash your hands before putting gloves on you have thousands of germs on your cell phone well she got super mad and she tried to kick me out of her store because I wasn’t going to put up with a manager who has no respect for a customer I worked in food management for over 25 yrs common courtesy customers first she simply said don’t come back I said no worries I started taking to the 4 ladies who worked for Walmart and they said they have to keep quiet they can’t say anything well the manager heard us chatting and try to make me leave her store once again we’ll she was getting a few ppl in the door she was continuing yell at me just leave well I said when you wash your dam hands and wait on my oldest daughter and my granddaughter I will the 4 ladies said it’s about time someone stood up to her no wonder there is lack of customer service in this world and who would ever want to work for her I know ppl that inspects subways and let me tell I did some calling but I also worked for mark who runs the Walmart there for 8 hrs and he knows I would never just pick a fight I contacted the owner this manager of this store is running off customers and that is going to ruin someone’s business … this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star

The manger is beyond rude to customers and especially her employees! I used to work there, she kept tips and passed them out to whoever she wanted to give them to. She fat shames one of her employees on a daily basis….they leave the food in the over night and will still serve it the next day! This place is terrible to eat and work there!! I have never been so disrespected in a place my whole life!!! Never again will I step foot in that business

I work from home for the government. I have gone to this Subway sometimes every day of the week for lunch as it is close and fits my schedule. Today I asked the female manager for a little more cheese on my meatball sub and was told it would be extra. I just wanted enough cheese so that I could actually see it. She didn’t give in so I left my sandwich and my Subway card there was several hundred points. Look up Subway food here on the internet. It’s probably not the best thing for you. Subway used to be a good place for food quality. Now if you want cheese you can actually see you have to pay extra.
