They closed 4 hours early but left all the lights on and left no indication prior to pulling up to the box. We had even placed an order ahead of time which went through perfectly fine and didn’t say on the app that the location had closed early. And said it was due to short staff. Which I understand because the world is short staffed. But there were at least 4 employees inside. At the very least turn the lights off and give some sort of hint the location is closed.

It’s so sad, because we like Taco Bell. This location consistently smells sour and is filthy. The food is literally never right. I had $14 worth of missing burritos the other night. They have been burning the Quesadillas for quite a while, which means my kids can’t eat there. Anytime we talk to employees they are beyond rude. Tonight while waiting for someone to acknowledge me (to fix a wrong order) I watched two boys playing with lettuce while nobody was being helped. It was amazing honestly. Finally when someone did respond to my calls for help, they were so rude, I just left with my wrong order. One taco was literally just a broken empty shell. We can’t bring ourselves to try again. It has been terrible so many times in a row now.

They seem to can’t be able to do a door dash correctly. My son likes Taco Bell. Can’t get a sauce correct. They are just plain mean. Terrible place!!!!!! If my son didn’t like your food we wouldn’t order door dash again. Maybe take care of your customers more people may like u. Not going to hold my breath.

Absolutely the worst. We ordered 2 bean burritos, 1 burrito Supreme (chicken), 1 Chipotle ranch grilled chicken, and 2 large baha blasts. With 6 fires sauces.

If you’re in the business of messing up orders, these guys have to be your best competition. It would be generous to say that I’ve seen about a 20% rate of orders being correct. I sincerely hope this location closes and something better comes along with a staff that can handle simple tasks.

100% of the time I order through the kiosk, they forget something. It’s really a corporate problem because the mistakes aren’t being tracked anywhere, but it’s also local management allowing them to bump orders before they’re complete to game the clock. Today we didn’t get our two drinks or our cheese for our chips. It’s especially annoying when I asked for “our two drinks” and they had to ask what they were. I let my son click the screen himself, and it’s the system’s job to remember the order, not mine. What’s the point of an expensive computer system that isn’t used?

This TB is hands down one of my favourites. The customer service is on point. They were busy when I ordered & they forgot to supreme my taco. I would’ve just taken the sour cream & tomato in a cup but without skipping a beat the guy on board remade it without question. The manager was helpful & involved with her team. Restroom was well maintained & the store was properly clean.

Taco bell is usually mid-quality no matter what. The service is as good as one can get in fast food, the building has been updated and updated again in the last decade or so, and generally, it isn’t BAD. Good for a quick meal. The fries are killer, though, and I do recommend getting the Cinnabon balls.

Taco Bell used to be so much better. My friends and I took a long break from Taco Bell, and as soon as we started going back this week the food has been poorly made. They must’ve hired new people that don’t know how to make food. We get barley any meat/bean/veggie at all to where it flops way more than it used too. I thought they didn’t put much in before, but this time it’s so much worse it’s redundant. On top of all of that their freeze drinks taste like an arm pit, I’m not even joking it made me have no appetite after being really hungry. Do better, don’t think I’ll ever go back, McDonald’s is better and that’s saying a lot.

Been here a few times just because it’s one of the only places in Washougal….. somehow they always mess something up every time, the staff is rude and unhelpful. Honestly you’d be better off eating at McDonald’s right across the street…
