We waited at the front counter for several minutes and no employees came up to take our order. They all made eye contact and were aware we were waiting. There were several employees working on drive thru orders while others were just socializing. Overall five employees working and we eventually left without ordering and had to get our sons birthday ice cream elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would… someone needs to teach these employees about customer service.

Amazing food albeit it expensive for what it is, but in all honesty y’all coming here for the frozen stuff anyway. Restaurant super clean and very attentive employees. One even checked on another sitting group to see how long they’d been waiting for their food.

I waited at the counter with another guest behind me while three employees served four drive-thru orders over eight minutes. All of them can see the customers at the front register. A fourth employee was stocking cups right behind the counter five feet in front of us.

What ever happened to turning the blizzards upside down? My blizzard looked like it had sat in 90 degree weather for 10 minutes. $7 for a blizzard that was more runny than solid. In that case I would’ve ordered a milkshake and it would’ve came out much thicker… extremely disappointed. I will not be coming back to this location. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I tried stopping at DQ today to enjoy a lunch with my mother. We first were trying to order 2 fish sandwiches and the guy taking our order said they were out of fish. Next we ordered a hotdog and a hamburger and onion rings. They ended up telling they were out of hotdogs and onion rings. Next was cheese curds and guess what, out of those too. I finally just told the guy I will go to a restaurant that has food. Terrible that a manager doesn’t know how to manage and order the proper amount of items.

My mom is allergic to chocolate and they were out of one of the only options she could get. She asked for the Reese’s Pieces and the girl said Reese’s peanut butter cup. She reassured her there was no chocolate in it and that it was the same as the Reese’s pieces blizzard. When we got to the window and she handed us the blizzards, there was a big mound of chocolate piled right on the top. It was very obvious the girl lied and just didn’t want to deal with-what i assume- a picky customer who just wants to complain. My mom had asked her again if there was chocolate and the girl lied straight to her face and laughed it off. It was raining and my mom didn’t want to make things difficult so now she has a blizzard she can’t even eat. My mom said no chocolate due to a severe allergy not due to trying to be difficult. The receipt says “Reese’s peanut butter cup” so very very frustrating.

Showed up, waited for 10 minutes. Was the only person in the store, went through the drive through too and no one was there? Terrible service, not sure who or where anyone was but no one at all was running the store?

Did not even want to do one star, but had too. The staff was horrible, food sat up front for at least 10 minutes before it was brought to us. Bad thing is there was only one other table besides us. Asked foe ketchup multiple times and still did not get it. Staff was on phone in cooking area and not acknowledging anyone at the front counter. WONT BE BACK AGAIN!!
