We ordered 3 -12” subs . Just Under the Turkey ham sandwich there was a curled piece of hair. I showed it to the restaurant person who prepared it. He is an African American boy who has similar curled black hair (without covering his hair). This person just laughed for it and was not respecting to the customer and said he cannot do anything since the hair is outside of the sandwich since it just under the sandwich (not inside the sandwich). I asked him if he was served a sandwich like that would he eat it, he replied “NO but I cannot do anything for this ”. They didn’t show any kind of apology for the inconvenience the customer had instead laughed. I am really disappointed about the poor sanitary conditions and poor customer care of this restaurant. Me and my family would not visit this restaurant ever again.

The BOGO order showed Prepared and Ready to pickup in app. The manager said he did not get the order at all and left for bio break, bullshiting the customer. When he came back customer (I) had already printed the receipt from the terminal, and the manager was in disgust, somehow after arguments he agreed to get it ready. Aaand, The lady did not ask for any sauce to be added, any questions, no conversation with customer at all, not even how are you doing? or sorry we are seeing your order now, apologies or anything. Nothing. Handed over to me two Veg Delight, those had no veggies on both ends of footlong. (Customer) I did not feel its worth to argue with the manager, after comign back home, added Honey Mustard and kosher dill and ate it. Seeing 3 stars here, in fact the mangaer or store owner has not learned a lesson yet, Its solid 1 star from me. Sorry to say but customer has to be treated well, but these are bunch of ******* ********, I left my hope and did not argue at all and came back. If I really wanted I could have shouted, it was that terrible customer treatment. No BS with customer pls. Thanks.

I ordered 2 foot veggie long they make it at the end they said no ranch we r runout of it , and veggies lettuce is so dull all are red it became decay and before me lady with kid they order foot long but guy make delay to make order and he run out of olives oil he fill up till up so much time wasted so she said I don’t want some one leave my order on side it became cold I don’t want to buy it so she leave order there not buy they leave it order my girl who bring my order ready she mix up my veggie delight with other on side order which is meat order so they throw my order of veggie delight and they mix one veg veggie delight with meat order and they charge money for both order which is blunder mistake. Staff are new they need proper training . Please business owner guide staff how to process order and how to maintain customer otherwise not soon u will be bankrupt. I drive from middletown de just visit Wilmington. Area for appliances I can’t go back and show what did u do wrong. It’s my fault there I need to recheck order we bring back home what a surprise our dinner is mashup.

Visited during Thanksgiving during our shopping trip to Walmart. We were thankful since most restautants/ eateries are closed during Thanksgiving. They had run out of Veggie Patty but the Veggie sub was equally good. Maybe we were just too hungry.

Every time I come to subway at this subway it be around 730 and they be closed when they suppose to close at 9:00 why would you have the sign up that you close at 900 and don’t I would never refer nobody to this store and the people the (women) are very nasty and disrespectful

This place is completely unsanitary and disgusting. There are flies and gnats flying around all the food and it is uncovered. All the sauces are covered in oil on the outside. The staff seems to have no idea what they’re doing. Most of the lettuce was brown and gross. Everything looks like it’s been sitting there for days. The only thing I felt safe eating were a bag of chips and a bottle of water because they were unopened. Just ew.

So I said to my self, I getting hungry while I’m inside Walmart, then I was paying for my stuff I’m buying at Walmart. While I was paying, I saw a Subway Restaurant inside Walmart, so I went at Subway, ordered a 12 inch sub, because I was so hungry, and I was thinking about eating at a different restaurant, and in that case, I would have to wait more time to eat, but with a Subway inside a store, it makes my life simpler, so whenever I’m hungry while I’m at this Walmart, I could just walk into the Subway.
