Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Circa-1950 fast-food chain for counter-serve burgers, some stacked with multiple patties. Based on 3 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.0 stars. Price $

This is the fifth time I order honey butter dipping sauce, what you guys have on the menu. The employees for some reason can’t get it together and never give me the sauce but charge me for it the same way every time I buy a cinnamon roll. It’s never in the bag but they have you drive forward, so no matter what after you leave the drive-through you still got a swing back around and walk in the store to get the rest of your food . Sometimes I get honey barbecue. Sometimes I get a honey chicken butter biscuit. The people cannot listen. Then they don’t even know how to pay with the mobile app train your staff.

I thought it was 24 hrs, I get to the drive thru, and it takes like what seems forever for them to speak. Otherwise, it was good.

Early morning they move one car every 15 to 40 minutes. I’m having less and less faith in humanity by the day. I could and probably will make my own food from now on. Exactly what is the process… grab a bun lettuce tomato may ketchup stick pattie on grill less than 5 minutes burger is done. Definitely need retraining at this facility for time management and productivity. Maybe that’s not the problem though. They probably need to hire more personnel for morning shift

I placed an order for my office 06/02/2023- I ordered the 10 burger box with (2) family fries, as well as, a bacon cheeseburger meal for myself. I sent one of my employees to pick up the food. The manager assisted him when he arrived to pick up the food. He was told everything was there, as the manager helped him carry everything to the vehicle. Our location is about 30 minutes from this Whataburger. When he returned I saw that the meal was missing. I had him call this Whataburger and spoke with this manager, who insisted that the meal was there. But said that they would remake it and he could come back and get it. My employee asked if there was any way that they could arrange for delivery because of the distance and he said NO!! We did not have the time to all of the way back over there….so….

They really need to lower there prices down doesn’t mean this is the oil field and people make good money doesn’t mean they should over charge for there food The lines are always extremely long.they mess up orders almost constantly they don’t give you compensation for their mistakes they don’t have Apple Pay in the drive through which is a must. He lines are a hour long it’s just unacceptable in this heat

Man… the customer service in this place is the worst. The employees do not understand the concept of “fast food” specially drive-thru its more like park-thru. Then you get the window and no “good morning, good afternoon, good evening, i apologize for the wait, thank you, have a nice day, etc.” Phrases that a member of customer service should say at the very least. Guess it starts with management and lack of customer service training.
