I went to this restaurant two days in a row. The store was immaculately clean, or at least the lobby was. The two Jumbo Jacks were perfect, and the service was quick. Except that the girl at the register had no emotion kinda like she was a robot, but that first day, everything was good. The next day (yesterday),there were two people waiting for their food, so I stood quietly and patiently waiting for the others to receive their food. After a while, they got their food, and I stepped up to order. I stood there patiently for 12 mins while watching everyone in the kitchen doing their jobs. I went and sat down wondering WHAT’S the deal. I must add that there wasn’t anyone else in the lobby besides myself after another 5 mins I loudly coughed to get anyone’s attention the robot girl finally walked up to the counter and looked at me like what do you want. I ordered my two Jumbo Jacks and put the money on the counter, and asked to speak with a manager. Well, that’s gonna take a min or two. Ok, well, I’ve been here waiting to order for 20 mins now, so what’s another 10 or 15 mins? 2 mins later, a well worn out woman came out and walked up. What’s the issue here. I think she thought I was gonna yell or get mad. I was perturbed a bit, but I asked her if the robot was the only cashier in the store. Yes, she is she said. Ok, well, I explained the situation and the amount of time I had been waiting, and I said I felt sorry for the robot girl and that if she had just said I’m the only cashier at the moment and can you please just be patient ill come take your order asap and explained that would have been way better than seeing me there waiting and not saying anything. The manager was looking like I was gonna ask for a refund or something, but I told her that I understand busy I understand that understaffed help can get flustered But I’ll never understand why someone would not care about someone just standing at the counter and no says anything to the customer. The store was exceptionally clean, and the food was hot and tasty . If it hadn’t been 25 mins to get 2 Jumbo Jacks I’d have rated the store much higher. I hope they get the robot girl some help.

We went thru drive thru and orders curly fry’s and asked if they could make them crispy. The fry’s are one to two inches in length . We ordered a medium and the box had two small curled fry the rest were literally ends and pieces and crispy was not anywhere near being crispy. They were like what was left in a bag and soggy are aft whatever . First time I have been there and disappointed in their food. Doubt we go back for a while anyway. Disgustingly bad!!!

I’m literally sitting in the drive thru and no one will answer the mic. Trying to avoid making a meal before close. There’s a close time for a reason. I get prepping for close but damn. Showed up 17 minutes before close and the meal could be made and done before close. So we went inside and the people inside wouldn’t even look at us or come to the register… wooooow! Then when waiting someone finally comes up and the kitchen staff yells out that the lobby is closed… then when walking back out to car I see a vehicle that just tried to order leaving, and I stopped them to ask what they said in drive through, and they were told that the drive thru was closed! Are you serious! As I post this, they still have 10 minutes before close!!! Who runs this place!

Employees were nice and food was good just one guy was in there complaining how his chicken sandwich didnt look like the picture on the menu and kept demanding they remake it then about 5 mins later apologized and used the excuse its for my wife and shes pregnant and she wasnt gonna eat that blah blah. Worst customer service ever! Drive thru squack box is broken so each customer has to drive up to the window to order and wait in this line for the people in front of them to get their order before moving up in line. Backed out of line to go inside. No acknowledgement of being there except for two ladies standing in the kitchen talking and sneering looks towards the front. After standing there for a few minutes I inquired if anyone was working the front and got absolutely no response, just sneering and looks of incompetence. Not my first time receiving no service from this location but figured the first time was a fluke. This visit showed it was not. Will definitely drive out of my way to the I20/Santa Fe location from now on.

With a newly remodeled store you would think you wouldn’t see roaches walking across the drink dispenser maybe they should have invest in better bug control or maybe even a new building I sat in the drive thur for over an hr waiting on drinks when I watched a roach walk across the machine and an employee just point at it and then ask if I wanted to sub my drink because they couldn’t get the Dr pepper to dispense properly I declined the beverages all together and just went to the convenience store by my house needless to say that’s the last time I visit this jack in the box
