Walked in. Only one other customer at the counter and absolutely no one was in the lobby. It looked like he had an issue with his order, because he showed his receipt and placed his food bags back on the counter then he took a step back to allow me to step up. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged for a good while. I took note that there were not that many cars in the drive thru. It would have been nice if someone acknowledged me and had just said “we will be with you shortly” instead the employees just kept speaking in Spanish (which I have no problem with) but they kept on doing what they were doing and I didn’t even get a head nod. I really just wanted to ask if a small frosty was really $2.99 like the menu stated and wanted to see the size cup for the small. But after waiting a while to be acknowledged, I made the decision to walk out. They literally didn’t have a line in the drive thru or at the counter

A very pleasant experience at the Wendy’s restaurant located in Potomac Run Plaza in Sterling, VA off Route 7. At first,I was at the drive-thru, but I asked if diving in was possible once confirmed, I parked and proceeded inside where I ordered the Number two, the Baconator with three straps of hamburger meat. It was a combo with fries and a drink. Once, I received my meal the assistant manager came to soak with me because I was taking pictures. He was very nice and asked why I was taking pictures. We got into a great conversation as I explained I was a Google Maps z Local Guide, visiting restaurants and providing my opinion of my overall experience. He was very pleased and gave me the background of this particular Wendy’s, which had been at this location for about thirty years. In addition, two years ago the store went through a renovation, which explains why the place was so immaculate as far as cleanliness. He explained that every fifteen minutes they clean the facility for customers and maintaining their COVID-19 regulations. In any case, I was very satisfied with my visit and the hospitality demonstrated. The did was good, the service above average and the management’s effort to ensure I was going to enjoy my visit.

Where to start. Well for one never going back. We don’t eat often here and they keep reminding me why. We ordered 4 jr hamburgers and they rang it up as classics 2/$6. We went back in because we can’t have the cheese. We just wanted a hamburger with pickles, onion, ketchup. First the manager (Mohammed) was not happy and gave us attitude and was not understanding. Said we have to tell them no cheese. But we asked for Jr burgers not classic. Then he said they don’t have hamburgers ♀️. I pull up their online menu and the do have them 99 cents and we paid 2/$6. He didn’t even adjust the price he acted like he jad no clue what we were talking about. So I will call corporate and that location tomorrow to speak to a different manager. I know what do you expect from a fast food chain. We will not be going back ever again because it os to complicated for them.

June update: Wendy’s continues to amaze me with their great service and food quality. The workers stand up to chic fil a level, great people, perhaps even a family. I walk in and see them celebrating a birthday, that sort of thing is only seen in places where the work environment is positive and encouraging. The manager is very attentive and tended me with their great tangy ghost ranch sauces. Gosh, the things I would do for that sauce… Anyways, great location, never had an issue. 11/10 recommend.

Work near by and eat here often Hawn the manger forgive me if I spelled his name wrong was great deal for 2 for 6 dollars maybe guy was new but gave me 2 chicken when I wanted the dave’s burgers called and told what happen and the were replaced with no problems thanks !

Service was a mess. We went inside hoping it would be faster and they just didn’t take our order for over 10 minutes. The food was fast after that but they forgot items and spilled sauce all over the food in the bag, of course we didn’t notice until we got home.
